Always great food and fantastic service, even when you have a big group, which is the case as I tend to go there with work teams. We are never rushed, and the ambience is fun, but not so noisy. You can’t have a conversation.
Had an especially good visit this last week where they helped us celebrate the retirement of one of our team, and made sure we had lots of chance chances to toast her while they took pictures. Customer service got an extra bonus star from me after I lost the receipt and had to call them a couple days later and they found it and sent it to me very quickly.
Amazing food and serves are helpful. Food was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend

Great local restaurant! This is a regular spot for my family and me. The staff are always so friendly and the food is amazing! Love the ceasar salad, meatball appetizer, hanger steak, salmon, wine list. You can’t go wrong coming here for a good dinner!
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! It’s one of the best I’ve ever visited. The service was absolutely top-notch—if I could give 10 stars, I would. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal, checking on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend
I will say we arrived on a Friday night about 6 o’clock and at in the bar area. Very very busy. Food was excellent however it arrived lukewarm… big disappointment. My husband sent his back and had to wait almost 10 minutes. I preferred to eat my meal lukewarm ..if they need to hire more staff, or if it’s something in the kitchen, I don’t know ..they deducted the wine that we ordered however, I would rather have a hot meal arrive on time .

Amazing restaurant. My wife and I typically had really good meals. They don't take too many risks experimenting with food, which I think is a good thing. Create a great product, and stick with what you know. That seems to be their philosophy and it works. I can't speak for everything on their menu, but Lobster stuffed cod was ridiculously good the first time I tried it. But when I went back, the flavor didn't all there like it was the first time and it seemed a bit dryer, maybe. It could be me, though...I wasn't expecting it to be so good the first time, but going into the restaurant the second time, I might have set my expectations too high. Always a wonderful experience. Family friendly, great for kids. Servers were always prompt and attentive. Reasonable pricing for what you get.
Carbone’s has great Italian food and a wonderful atmosphere. I’ve been there a few times and on my most recent visit I noticed the menu has changed. The prices have increased (like everywhere) and some of my favorite options are gone. Unfortunately, due to the increasing prices and menu changes, I may have visited Carbone’s for the last time despite the good food.
