Early New Years Eve dinner did not disappoint! Marty is always right there to seat us and our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We've eaten at Carbone's many times but this was the first time I tried the crazy carbonara... Wow! It was amazing... How did I ever get by without trying this dish! My husband ordered the short rib and it was cooked to perfection and presented so beautifully. We celebrated with a bottle of cab and with tax and tip... Under $150. Kudos to the entire staff at Carbones in Bloomfield and Happy New Year!

I have hosted 3 memorial services here and attended another with about 50 guests. Marty and the staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs and can accommodate allergies, which is much appreciated. The menu has a good variety, the food is very good, and the quantities are generous. I highly recommend for your events.

I made reservations for my family of four via Resy for 7pm on a Saturday. I arrived ten minutes early. We were seated in a backroom where they were hosting a large family of about 20 people. The waitress gave us our menu at 7:10pm but did not return till 7:20 to take our order.
While sitting there, having to listen to this loud family, we heard the waitress tell the party that they ran out of something they ordered and agreed to comp them another item.
At 7:40pm, the waitress appeared and told us that they ran out of bread and would not be bringing any. I indicated that we were very hungry and acceleration would be appreciated.
At 8:05pm, we received our food. It had a good taste but was saltier than I am used to. I walked out with a wicked headache. I drank all the water on the table. As the waitress was busy with the larger party, I did not get a refill promptly.
Due to inflation, we don't eat out that often, and thought that trying a higher-end restaurant in the town would be a great experience, which, in hindsight, left a lot to be desired and will not be returning in the future.
Always great food and fantastic service, even when you have a big group, which is the case as I tend to go there with work teams. We are never rushed, and the ambience is fun, but not so noisy. You can’t have a conversation.
Had an especially good visit this last week where they helped us celebrate the retirement of one of our team, and made sure we had lots of chance chances to toast her while they took pictures. Customer service got an extra bonus star from me after I lost the receipt and had to call them a couple days later and they found it and sent it to me very quickly.
Amazing food and serves are helpful. Food was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend
