Fantastic experience: great service and absolutely delicious food! Using a gift card given to us for our wedding, we decided to try Republic. My husband has been in the past and this was my first time here. We were seated right away, and our server (Trinity) was so attentive and helpful. We have noticed in recent months, servers are unhappy and it feels like an imposition to ask a question etc. but every employee we saw at Republic was friendly, attentive and seemed to enjoy working...read full review
