I visited the Bloomfield location on 3/5/23. Dining area is dark and dirty (tables/seats were not clean). The food was not fresh as if it had been cooked earlier. I see why the collect their money first.The Hartford restaurant the first time it opened up I went there and the food and atmosphere was good so expected the same from Bloomfield; very disappointing, I would not recommend this restaurant at all.I have to say though the hostess was very nice.

Always love the service, but the last few times I've gone the potatoes have been undercooked (3x's)and the lobster tails as well (twice).

I was in here yesterday with a couple of my friends and the food was ok the service was great! The two ladies that were serving were very helpful and nice, the building was very hot the lovely server opened the door but whoever the owner is needs to get on top the thermostat because this is ridiculous we should not be boiling while enjoying food. Again the Service was lovely the two host were great!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Overrated. Go get you a food stamp card and go to Save A Lot, Walmart, Stew Leonard's or Costco and buy you some real seafood. That place is a fried mess. Wasted my money. When you know better, you do better.

Crawfish tasted murky, muddy, dirty. Maybe it was because of the sauce but it was their house blend. The service was excellent. I was not impressed with the crawfish or the overcooked lobster tail that was very small but cost me $22. Unfortunately I would not return. It shouldn't be that hard to do a seafood boil in a bag. Still left a good tip because the host was excellent.

Was here on a Tuesday. Got the crawfish and snow crab. Was good. Crawfish were small but good. Brian got lobster an shrimp boil. Place was empty.

A couple of unprofessional servers that work there took their sweet butttime taking my order/drink and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. So I Just got up and walked out.The place is under terrible management do not go there!!!!!Looking at their phones is obviously much more important than taking care of customers.Zero. 0%

Decided to try this location after trying their Hartford one.Staff was very friendly and food came out relatively quickly. Portions were well sized. Decided to go with the Bloomfield bag with wet old bay seasoning. (Make sure you ask for any off menu flavor combos that they may have. Wet Old Bay and garlic is going to be one I try next time)Waitress was extremely polite and made sure that we had everything we needed. Even though the price may be high compared to other places I would definitely say the value is there.Definitely will be returning!
