Driver always have attitude, been waiting on the door seen he parked, and because you not picking up the phone they wont bother bringing you your food. And complain about the cold weather like if i control it.

Third time rude experience from staff, when our timely order is delayed for the third time continuously atleast we expect a sorry, instead when asked got a response ‘we are busy’, we always use to go this but looks like it’s under new management… wanted to talk to Manager but understood that rude guy him self is the manager ?, they just need to know what is customer service and atleast to wish back when customer saying Hi ?… so got the number of owner from a nice delivery person, called owner and then I came to know why staff is so rude… he doesn’t have time to hear feedback of his own business… I’m going to call Dominos customer experience team hope they care… just stay away from this franchise…

This Dominos just isn’t good. I’ve given them try after try because they are in walking distance. The food is always sloppy and undercooked and the customer service is non existent.

Deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Domino's Pizza. I placed an order with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown. I regret to say that I must leave a one-star review due to two major issues: an incorrect delivery address and the subsequent lack of a refund.To begin with, despite providing the correct delivery address during the order process, I was astounded to discover that my order was delivered to an entirely different location. This misdelivery caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me, as I had to spend additional time and effort rectifying the situation.What added insult to injury was the fact that despite bringing the misdelivery to Domino's attention, I never received a refund for the order. The lack of acknowledgment and compensation for their mistake only exacerbated my disappointment. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and prompt resolution of such an issue.I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is the responsibility of a reputable company like Domino's to rectify them promptly and appropriately. Sadly, my experience has left me feeling disregarded and dissatisfied as a customer.I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for Domino's to improve their delivery process and customer service. I sincerely hope that others do not have to endure the same level of frustration and disappointment that I did.

I haven’t had dominos in some years and Bloomfield Dominos had its moments. I can say that I went there today and was very clean , the tables were clean, WHO EVER THE manager was before was not tight on the upkeep of that place, the employees needed hair cuts appropriate for handling food and I ain’t talking about woman. Some were not in uniform. hanging all out in the back were the trash was.The food was not all that bad. But they did not keep gloves on and having their hands touching the food, So I was done for a while. But I was impressed with the cleanlinesses and the employees had uniforms on, very clean and neat, pleasant experience today, pizza was good, the only thing was that my hot wings were extremely salty and weren’t crispy. Must be under new management.

Just placed and order; they said it was delivered. Nope. Tried to call. Phone line down. I have no sympathy if their system is down... it is on them to at least call Corporate and let them know. And Corporate can't do anything but place orders. I was told to go to the store to place my order. Hilarious. There's a reason I ordered delivery. Incompetence and theft, all the way around.

The worst dominoes and dominoes experience ever. They don't like to assist customers, lie to you over the phone, and steal your money. Never again will I ever be a patron at dominoes ever due to this.
