I am genuinely disappointed by the consistent lack of professionalism at this Dunkin’ location. Unfortunately, it does not seem to matter what time of day you visit — the work ethic and customer service are noticeably lacking.
Employees rarely acknowledge customers with a simple “hello,” “good morning,” or “thank you.” Instead of being attentive and respectful, many appear disengaged, uninterested in the job, and overly focused on their phones or personal conversations. Accuracy and care in preparing orders are inconsistent, and the attitude at the counter is often dismissive, as if the customers are an inconvenience.
To be clear — I do not place all the responsibility on the young workers. The real issue appears to be lack of proper training and leadership. Many fast-food establishments once required job shadowing, hands-on learning across different shifts, and clear expectations of professionalism before an employee was left to manage customer orders alone. Training mattered. Respect and pride in the job mattered.
At this location, it feels like employees are rushed into roles without guidance or accountability, resulting in poor service, incorrect orders, and a frustrating atmosphere for both staff and customers.
I truly hope management and Dunkin’ corporate takes this seriously. Better hiring practices, structured training, and stronger leadership could make this store a place the community enjoys again.

Repeatedly mess up orders, ALWAYS never follow instructions. Just bad service all around. Worst of all is they slap a cold piece of cheese on a hot sandwich. This place needs to be locked down
Adding an update here 10/28/25- I asked for the cheese to be melted when I placed the order. Due to them repeatedly not following instructions I asked the guy at the cashier if he could confirm if the cheese was melted. He stated they don’t normally do that and if we wanted it melted we should’ve asked before so we told him we did. He confirmed they were melted so we went on our way. Now I’m here unwrapping the sandwich and it’s burnt so bad you can see black chars on it. They need to be retrained or shut down

Extremely rude workers who cut you off when you're trying to tell them what you're ordering, to then have you repeat yourself over and over again, then continued to be spoken to condescendingly. Just for them to on purpose get your order wrong. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

Do not go to this Dunkin. Save your money. The service was horrible. I repeated by order 3 times and they still got it wrong. They over charge me by 5.00 and they had me pull to the side to get my order than forgot to bring me my order. When I went inside I had to repeat my order for the 4th time and nobody apologies for completely forgetting about my order.

They were out of avocado spread, couldn’t refund me so I got a ham and Swiss croissant which they burned. Also didn’t have the strawberry refresher

Pulled up to drive thru. Emoloyees were talking to each other as one was taking out the garbage. All smiles and I'm thinking ohh I caught a good shift. WRONG. The yiung lady who asked to take my order was very short tempered. Ordered Cold Brew with Cold Foam. She said WE DONT HAVE COLD FOAM SO YOU WANT THIS COLD BREW OR ANYTHING ELSE. I honestly wanted to just drive off. I got the cold brew and she practically threw it at me when I got to the window. I don't know what's going on with this location but the staff is always rude.

I went here like 4 times each time my order wasn’t right…. only reason I go is cause it’s the cheapest breakfast option near my job. Paying almost 5 dollars for a hard stiff bagel at 7:30 am is not it. I won’t be running on Dunkin no more. As someone who used to work at Dunkin it’s not that hard to read the sticker and make the order correct.
