Worst Dunkin ever. They will get your order wrong, and give you an attitude when you ask for it to be done correctly. Even trying to reach out to Dunkin Customer Service, no one will reply to you. This location, and the company as a whole does not care about anything other than your wallet.

Do not go to this Dunkin. Save your money. The service was horrible. I repeated by order 3 times and they still got it wrong. They over charge me by 5.00 and they had me pull to the side to get my order than forgot to bring me my order. When I went inside I had to repeat my order for the 4th time and nobody apologies for completely forgetting about my order.

Place always clean , but why the doors locked most of the time ? I can’t never come after 4pm to drink coffee because they won’t allow anyone inside. However the young rude employees got to go!

Pulled up to drive thru. Emoloyees were talking to each other as one was taking out the garbage. All smiles and I'm thinking ohh I caught a good shift. WRONG. The yiung lady who asked to take my order was very short tempered. Ordered Cold Brew with Cold Foam. She said WE DONT HAVE COLD FOAM SO YOU WANT THIS COLD BREW OR ANYTHING ELSE. I honestly wanted to just drive off. I got the cold brew and she practically threw it at me when I got to the window. I don't know what's going on with this location but the staff is always rude.

I went here like 4 times each time my order wasn’t right…. only reason I go is cause it’s the cheapest breakfast option near my job. Paying almost 5 dollars for a hard stiff bagel at 7:30 am is not it. I won’t be running on Dunkin no more. As someone who used to work at Dunkin it’s not that hard to read the sticker and make the order correct.

The food was terrible. Custom service was very good. Had a wrap that was not good and then they replaced it with bacon cheese bites, no good
Visited this Park Ave location in Bloomfield and never again. I bought a black coffee, sausage croissant and a frozen coffee. The black coffee tasted like dish water and was weak and sandwich was cold, daughter enjoyed her frozen coffee but we both had upset stomachs after. I don’t know if they aren’t washing hands or something wasn’t fresh, but I strongly recommend a surprise inspection at this location. Never have issues at the blue hills or cottage grove locations.
