They never answer the phone!

I have been coming in here for a whole year and after they renovated the place they hired these young girls that clearly don’t even know how to make food for them self ! Coffee have been extremely strong and disgusting ! Food always burned ! On top when you ask them to fix an order they come back with a whole attitude. It became so annoying that for the seek of my mental health I decided to go to cottage grove Dunkin where the girls are polite at least !

After the renovation you would think it would be better but this particular dunkin' donuts has chosen to hire people who don't care to work. There's no reason why anyone who is in customer service should answer the drive-thru with attitude and then be upset when the order was given. And unfortunately the person who takes your order is not the person who meet you at the window. I'm very thankful for the person who met me at the window cuz that took away half of and the only reason I give one star to this terrible dunkin' donuts is because of their terrible customer service. They need to look at who they're hiring and they need to hire people who want to work. The attitude that comes out of these young people who are working at these places is ridiculous but this particular dunkin' donuts makes me never want to go back there it's not the only dunkin' donuts in Bloomfield and it will not get my business ever again. You need to look at who you're hiring and this is a Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. terrible young lady answering the drive-thru she needs to be fired. There was no one in line and no one inside yet she seemed so bothered by the fact that someone came to purchase something and she had to do her job, which I did not ask her to get or do. She chose to work there I didn't ask her to. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and training because why you allow people to work there who act that way is ridiculous!

By far the worst Dunkin location! My order is never accurate and I recently found a bug in my ice coffee. The staff and management rarely take accountability for mistakes and rude conduct.

I went to the driveway it was heavy raining couldn’t make the order then walked inside employee keep walking around no one was taking my order I waited 15 minutes then one of the employees called me to order then she started doing something else didn’t took my order after another 10 minutes i asked hey can you please take my order i have to go to a meeting i have to leave she straight told me to leave didn’t even took my order at all what kind of behavior is this

Waited on drive-thru for the longest time thinking it was just a one-man show, not sure what their problem was but the young girl who was at the window had no personality whatsoever like she couldn't be bothered to be there, so what else is new? Save yourself the aggravation go somewhere else!

I understand a college degree isn’t needed to work here but butter and cream cheese sound and look entirely different from each other. The line wasn’t long either. Bagel with butter. It isn’t that complicated.

I have never experienced a business being so bad at what they do, and still staying in business. They literally get your order right maybe 10% of the time. And now they get paid $15 an hour to do this? It’s absolutely insane. Avoid this location like the plague.

You would think the renovation might have improved things, but no! The woman who works the drive-thru often will argue with you about your order, when she put it in wrong! The whole staff just seems miserable. The one on Blue Hills and the one on Cottage Grove are so much better. No reason to be so nasty to people.
