Light Star Chinese Restaurant

I typically have never had an issue with their food, not until I recently ordered their crab Rangoon. The inside was oozing in my mouth, I have never had crab Rangoon like that ever before. Manager was rude, and didn’t care about how I felt. Ordered two orders, what a waste of $17.00.

I was hesitant to post but it kept bothering me.
So we order from this restaurant all the time. The other day the Lady was very unprofessional and rude. She was fussing with not only us but other patrons as well. We as a group decided that we will no longer give our business to them. When you're in a business, there's a way to conduct yourself professionally. Sometimes you just have to breathe and carry on. Very disappointed and for this very reason we won't order again.

What awesome customer service. The young lady at the counter was so respectful helpful and efficient. Atmosphere very clean and welcoming.
Ordered shrimp fry rice usually don't like peas in my rice and I prefer bean sprouts. I be honest it wasn't that pretty to look at but it was still very delicious and they didn't skimp on the shrimp. Go there!!

Very good service, food was ok

Stopped in for lunch. I had an hour to kill. Chicken chow mein combo was great. Plenty of food cooked fresh. Annie the owner bent over backwards to make my lunch just what I was looking for. They are mainly a takeaway spot but they have some tables. It’s always a good thing to support family business. Next time I’m in the area I will come back.

Egg Foo Young was good, but the egg rolls were the WORST I've ever had in my life. I was so upset I ordered so many & then had to throw them out.

This food is trash. Literally taste like it was made in a sewer! I threw away all the food, the raccoons wouldn’t even eat it. Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. If I could give no stars I would. Light star more like no stars! 🙄🤦🏿‍♂️

The people are nice and friendly, but don’t be fooled by their smiles and welcoming spirit. They are cooking food to punish you. Food that makes you regret it a few hours later when your stomach is in the toilet.

If you’re looking for a quick way to lose some weight, then dig in. You’ll be empty like my gas tank on a Wednesday morning.

The atmosphere is like any Chinese restaurant that’s the only similarity they have to one. 🤦🏿‍♂️🥱

This place motivated my fat ass to stick to the gym and my heavy protein Diet. Wanted to cheat a day on my diet and thought “let me try Chinese” yeah right, should have asked God before suffering burning sensations only found in the lower pits of hell.

But in all honesty, the food is trash, the people are cool and the atmosphere is relaxed. I just won’t ever go back.

I have ordered thereso many times and my last order they called me back telling me that my card had no money in it. That's what they said to me, rudely. I immediately checked my bank and of course they charged my card which obviously had plenty. I called them back and told them that they did charge my card and it did go through. Then I got a nasty call back that I couldn't change my or which I never did. They must have confused me with someone else. I'll just move on to someone else. Anyway, they made a mistake with my order every 2nd or 3rd time and when I ordered a special seafood with vegetables, it was 3/4 broccoli they should have called it broccoli with a little seafood. They said it has lobster, but there were 2 pcs of lobster about the size of a marble or less. Sucked.
