My husband and I went to Republic in Bloomfield, CT for our anniversary, and our entire night was completely ruined. The food was, without exaggeration, some of the worst we’ve ever had.
I ordered the short rib, which was either a completely different cut of meat or such poor quality that it didn’t resemble a short rib at all.
