A year later and this Starbucks still cannot get it right. They are consistently out of ingredients, have super slow service and more importantly 9x out of 10 your drink is not made correctly. There are literally only 2 employees who know what they're doing. If those 2 aren't on duty- it's a crap shoot. LOL. No but really! This location has been open too long for this to still be the case...

There are not enough people at the drive thru window. We waited ten minutes with 2 cars in front and then another 4 minutes when we got to the window. It was EMPTY.

This Starbucks consistently under performs. They take an extremely long time with both mobile orders and drive-through. You sit outside the box, before they even address you they ask you to wait… And wait… And wait more- without acknowledgment. It would help if they’re at least a little pleasant at the window, maybe be apologetic, but they are not. They barely look at you as they splash the hot coffee on you at the window. I avoid this Starbucks at all costs and I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this place takes the cake. Not sure why it’s so different from other Starbucks, but they could all use some retraining.

I have been going to this Starbucks everyday and everyday my drink is made differently (and incorrectly). I don’t complain each time because I don’t want to be a Karen but yesterday I decided to call because I’m paying $1+ for extras on my drink that they never give me ! The guy who answered the phone basically told me that if my drink isn’t being made correctly then I should taste it before I leave to make sure that it’s made right . You really want me to hold up the drive through and drink my drink to make sure that it’s made correctly ???? He told me they could remake it but at this point , I’m halfway to work and can’t turn around and he’s going to tell me that he can’t do anything about it. The kids at this Starbucks need better customer service training because they are quite rude . I don’t understand how the staff has the nerve to get irritated that someone is complaining about a mistake that THEY made. I try to give everyone grace because I’ve worked in fast food / customer service before , but that is not how you deal with people and management should be aware .

The Starbucks closest to me is closed for renovations currently. I work maybe under a mile from this place. I’m obsessed with the grill cheeses and the vanilla iced lattes from here. The service is a little slow, but I never really had an issue with it. I always make sure I have time to stop in before my morning shifts at work. So far everyone is super pleasant and friendly, also very helpful. Definitely a regular here!
Funny how the energy shifts when a black man walks up to the counter. Person in front of me (white woman) was getting everyone’s attention. Once my turn came everyone walked away for about 5 mins until another white person stood behind me, now my order is being taking. What a joke.
