Went here for breakfast on my way to work. This isn’t my normal location but I went inside and this store is beautiful. I was welcomed into the store and the employee Miriam I think, at the register was so friendly. She helped me figure out a new drink to get outside of my regular dark roast.
I don’t know when I’ll be back to this location since it’s not my usual store but it was a great start to my day. Thank you Miriam for making my Monday a great start to the week.

Why is the music so loud in here? It’s more like a sports bar than a coffee shop. You have to wait at least ten minutes for your order and are forced to listen to the loudest Spotify playlist ever.

Also there’s no need to force your employees to shout, “WELCOME IN” to every single person. This is a coffee shop not Disney. The employees are already juggling enough, they don’t need to scream every 2 minutes.

It's a Starbucks. The barista was friendly and the coffee was what I expected. I did try a new flavor cold foam (lavendar) on my usual cold brew and it was very good.

For years this has been the slowest service in the area, even when it is not busy. Today I ordered a hot latte and iced coffee. Latte was ready 5 minutes before the iced coffee. I even had to wait several minutes I notes to order and there was no line. Most of the time I drive right by and go to west hartford

Placed an order ahead on my app at 1:37 for 1 ice drink, app said it should be ready by 1:44. Walked in at 1:45 no drink ready. Waited there thinking maybe they are just busy. I didn't get my drink till 1:57.... theres no reason an iced latte should take 20mins to make. Maybe if they weren't gossiping to each about their family problems they could of got my drink done and i didn't have to wait an extra 10mins for a drink. Theres a reason i placed my order ahead.

The workers were not friendly. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. We were the only customers in line and waited 10 minutes before getting our order taken. They also forgot the breakfast sandwich.

Very slow service. No exaggeration, I waited 15 minutes for two drinks that were just sitting on the counter. I had asked for simple instructions that weren't followed, even though I repeated them.
