Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Frequent sub par service, very little consistency in drink preparation. I have seen the staff argue with customers and talk trash about other customers. It appears that a hand full of the employees would be better suited at a lesser coffee shop where that type of behavior is expected. Go to bishops corner, it is a lot more consistent and the quality of the employees is much higher.

The service is great, their workers are great. unfortunately management isn't Adriana is the lady's name and she wasted a huge chunk of my time so I thought id leave this review for her and this establishment to see and no the owener doesn't because there are other reviews just like this one

This place is so welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and polite. Every single time a person walks in, they will never fail to greet them with a good morning or a hello:) coffee is just a plus because it’s very good

I recently moved to the area and have given this Starbucks multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing . Seems like a good amount of times I place an order, there seems to be a lack of attention or care. Ingredients I paid for are often missing, and I have to point it out repeatedly. When I do, the staff doesn’t seem accommodating or apologetic; instead, they come off as bothered, which makes the experience more frustrating.
Outside of that, the location itself is fine, but the service really needs improvement. I hope things turn around.

Slowest Starbucks ever. It takes them much longer to get the order ready than what the app usually shows. I had to have them void my order twice because they were running 20 minutes behind.

This location gets my drink wrong almost every time and they are so unapologetic that I feel like I’m ruining THEIR day if I say anything. Drive through is usually fast but then randomly sometimes it’ll take 15 minutes. Inside is extremely slow, always backed up. Every time I go here I’m reminded why I usually try to avoid this location.

Lots of parking around back of lot, drive thru, lots of outdoor seating, kind of busy w/ what I'd call rude, & at least standoffish people who were there at the same time I was. They were not friendly to me AT ALL & all I was trying to 2 do was figure out which car was picking me up from the establishment for an Uber ride after the bus 🚌 forgot about me asking for a heads up about my stop and blowing by it for so many miles I was unable 2 backtrack to the spot I had needed 2 b at in order 2 catch the 2nd bus omw from west Hartford to Portland (2 4-5 HOUR ROUND-TRIP!) Ended up waiting OVER 1 and a half HOURS TO GET INTO THE UBER cuz the TRINITY HEALTH URGENT CARE gave me their address as : 200 Cottage Grove Road instead of the correct one of 200 AB Cottage Grove Rd Bloomfield, CT! Uggghhh!

I enjoy lunch at Starbucks when I can, but unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to my office.
The lunch service here is incredibly slow, due to habitual understaffing. The food and drink are always slow and never come out together. (Why pouring premade iced tea into a cup takes 20 minutes, I'll never know.)
Today's service was exceptionally slow (even for this crew), prompting this review. Who knew heating a premade lunch pocket could take over 30 minutes?
Meanwhile, the music is way too loud for Zoom calls, prompting only three stars for atmosphere.
