The way my sandwich was made is absolutely disappointing. I paid extra for cheese and meat and still received less than I normally get with a regular sandwich. It wasnāt toasted, and it arrived soggy. Iāve eaten in person many times, and Iām honestly disgusted with how my order was delivered.
This felt like pure laziness, especially because I was really looking forward to my sub. I also ordered the cookie box, and all the cookies were squashed together in one bag. My entire delivery was unsealed there was no sticker on the cookie bag or the sandwich bag. The only thing sealed was my soda. And thatās saying something.
I donāt usually write bad reviews, but I want to know what worker looked at this order and thought it was acceptable to give to a customer. I ordered a turkey sandwich combo with extra cheese, extra protein, mayo, and mustard, along with a Pepsi, a bag of Sun Chips, and a box of cookies. I placed my order around 1:50 PM.
To the employee who made this: why would you think this is okay? You shouldāve just canceled the order because I could have spent my $30 somewhere else. I also added my proof that I paid for extra meat and cheese

This was the worst service I have ever had. I purchased a buy one get one for 1.00 online and when I went to pick the order up the owner said it didn't come through correctly and she couldn't honor it. I asked why as I had proof the order was processed incorrectly but her answer was to purchase another sandwich and if it did come through correctly it was me. I said why would I do that if you will make me pay for that one? I said why can't you honor it or adjust it if I know as the customer it was to be processed this way. Never going back. And I hope others don't purchase online. Any issues would never get fixed. The worst service I've seen in decades!
3/20 - Placed an online order of 3 FL Grinders for a group & we must share, best grinders we have ever enjoyed from Subways. The grinders were made with love & passion. I regret not taking a picture of the one I had. My Beast Grinder belonged on the cover of a magazine. I called to say thank you to the young lady who prepared our order to perfection and can only hope that your employer appreciates what a dedicated employee they have and compensate you for the amazing experience you provided to our family. Just switched up on my location due to such impeccable service.. Thank you for all that you do to put a smile on your customers face.

I had the most horrific experience at Subway. I discovered MOLD floating in my drink, which was beyond repulsive. When I called the store to report this gross negligence, the staff member on the other end couldn't have cared less. Their indifference and lack of empathy were infuriating. Not only did I feel sick to my stomach, but this entire ordeal has left me questioning their hygiene practices. This is a nightmare scenario, and I wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone.

Went into this subway for the first time with my husband to grab a quick snack. It was SO clean, calm. The staff member was really nice and professional. I was thinking I could go in there for a lunch and use my laptop. Better food than a cake-pop at starbucks for sure.

0/10. Do not recommend. All the subways are pretty gross and they don't clean properly. But the owners Kevin and Suki at this location are also not professional. They are also messy and bring their personal drama to work.
