The unprofessional conduct of one of the owners the wife of this business is a disgrace. The manner of how she looks at some of the customers speaks with arrogance the disrespectful degrading manner of how she speak to her staff in the presence of others is awful. If you don’t know how to conduct yourself in public, and know how to speak to your staff maybe you shouldn’t be running any business establishment at all!

Never again...the old mammy at the counter was extremely rude and was mad at me because their grubhub machine is not working. I ordered online and when I got there she had a very nasty attitude towards me because of it... she kept side eyeing me and was reluctant to serve me. The food wasn't for me... otherwise I would have walked out. Places and people like this should not be in the customer service/ food business. Oh yeah... she also overcharged me about $5.00. I do not recommend

I stopped in to purchase some red peas soup and dinner. The owners were very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. The food was excellent! It was worth the trip from out of State.Thank you! ???

Absolutely disgusting place! They put food that's supposed to be thrown out in a car that's parked in the back to serve it later! Has roaches! Failed a health inspection twice! With a score in the 40s and you need at least a 90 to pass. This place needs to be shut down!

OMG!!!!!I just ate there on Thursday and learned on Saturday that their rating was so low...why have they been allowed to stay open? Attempting to hide food that should have been tossed- so how many times have they been successful. Their doors need to be closed, permanently!!!!

They serve old food, even after carrying the old food out to be stored in a car and then brought back in. Apparently, bacteria, slobber, and fecal matter adds to the delicious flavor.

This place ???? only spot that faithfully doesn’t let me down wether I want red peas soup stew pea over white rice or my fav cowfoot with sweet fried plantains with white rice and if I’m really hungry rice and peas, oxtail if I want to switch it up and that’s rare but everything for the most part ????? ????????✅ trust all the extra stuff ppl talking about is irrelevant as long as the food is ? then I’ll take the attitude over no attitude and trash food any day plus that’s how you know the food good when dem rude cha ?????♂️✅✅ a matter of fact I’m a bit under the weather I need to go there today ?

And that one star is being generous..the rice is soggy,and Curry chicken today was horrible.I called and reported it to the male worker and all he said was I'll taste it,not come pick something else or would you like ur money back.

I have been going to the restaurant since the pandemic while working from home. I usually get the beef patty. A couple of times it was cold and no one wants a cold patty. After being frustrated/ disappointed last week there was 1 in the case so I asked the older server if there was any fresh ones coming from the back. Well she gave me a tongue lashing!! Asked me why I asked and when I said the last one was cold, got irate and said they don’t serve cold it had to have been warm! Then proceeded to harshly say they follow the government guidelines. Now this was in front of a customer. I kept my cool though. She then said “ah gwine gi yu a hot hot one” said in disgust and gave me what I had asked for. I felt insulted and will never go back. Customer service at its worst. I’ll drive to Golden Krust in HT!
