We just had my daughter's bridal shower at A Villa Louisa and could not have been happier! As I live out of state, I had to do all of the planning via telephone and email, and the responsiveness and communication from Stefanie made the entire process so much easier. The facility is beautiful and we added our own personal touches to the room with the help of Stefanie and staff. The service staff was amazing and so accommodating with any and all last-minute requests. And the food! My goodness, the food was so delicious! This place is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend anyone hosting a special event to consider A Villa Louisa. You will not be disappointed!

Went for a Elvis concert with a meal. Meal was wonderful. Chicken and fish was great.
Our high school has held their Jr/Sr prom there for the past two years. The food is excellent, the accomodations are handsome, and the service is great. There are no complaints, as the chef prepares a great dinner, the waitstaff is patient and polite, and the price is very reasonable. Our students had a great time and would recommend a Villa Louisa.

I had my daughter’s wedding shower there last Saturday. The event coordinator was there before it started for 10 minutes( I was never told this would happen)She had to do a bigger event in the evening. We had one server that did not speak great English. I paid for 30 people and only had 23. I was told we could have all leftovers. When people were getting ready to get leftovers ( my daughter- the bride and I went I. The buffet room to find 5 people ( employees or friends of server) eating the food from our buffet. I had checked an hour before and there were 8 chicken breasts left- now only 2. We also only used 1/2 of the large cake we paid for and the rest disappeared ! I paid extra for a Mimosa bar and it was taken away while we were eating our meal- two bottles of Prosecco/champagne had just been opened. This was all so disappointing . Will never recommend to anyone I know n

I had my bridal shower here last weekend. At first, everything was great. The server was attentive, the food was great, the mimosa bar we paid extra for was great and well stocked. My issue was that towards the end of the shower (the event was scheduled to go until 3:30pm and we have 30 minutes afterwards to clean up) the server had everything cleaned up and removed by 3:00pm. I understand cleaning up as you go, but this was complete clean up as if we were being kicked out early. Some people had left early because of the impending bad weather but there were still plenty of people there sitting at tables, mingling and picking out flowers from our flower bar. Not sure if she thought that just because everyone wasn’t sitting at the tables that it was fair game to just take everything away? But I came back to my table to get some water only to find that everything had been cleared. Water glasses were all put together on one of the tables so it was impossible to tell which one was mine. The mimosa bar was completely cleared by 3:00pm and we still had partially full Prosecco and champagne bottles that disappeared that we could have finished in the last 30 minutes of our event. And the weirdest thing was that random employees that were not part of our event started walking in and making themselves plates of our food and sitting at the bar area to eat it. At 3:00pm while our event was still going on!! I find this so odd and unprofessional. This was our food that we had paid a lot of money for. We had our husbands/boyfriends coming to help clean up and expecting to be able to eat and drink only to have the mimosa bar already taken down and the employees eating our food. The employees that showed up left right after eating so it seems they only showed up for the sole purpose of getting a free meal. I would understand if we had extra food left over that no one wanted to take home after everyone at the event left, then yeah sure don’t let all that food go to waste, but it was super weird to have multiple employees basically crash our event just to eat our food. We had half a cake left that just went missing. Didn’t get to take that home. We had to ask for boxes to take home the remaining food that the employees didn’t eat. Unfortunately, what could have been such a good experience was completely overshadowed by this weird and unprofessional behavior.
