The food is great no matter what you order. Never had a bad meal here!!!!!!!!!!

Have started every Saturday here with breakfast for a very long time! This past Saturday we were earlier than usual and different people working, and breakfast was a total disaster!
The toast wast burnt to a crisp, the home fries were charcoal and the cook still served it. Could not eat my breakfast!!!
To make matters worse one of the servers kept wiping her nose and not washing her hands. Time to find a new breakfast spot!
We left in disgust!

Very busy and noisy place, rushed and semi-friendly service (had our meals slammed down on the table without so much as a word or smile), especially odd since it too them 30 minutes to deliver our breakfast of burned food, and no warning anywhere that it’s a cash only business. Sorry, but there are too many other great places in the area for me to consider returning here.

Visited the last two weeks twice, very nice spot. Very welcoming. On the smaller end, but even when it's packed it's not loud or feels overcrowded. Servers are very nice and check up on the tables to make sure everything is good and if you need a coffee refill. Had food once, simple breakfast of eggs and hash. Enjoyed it very much.

I recently visited the Breakfast Connection in Branford, CT, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few notable areas for improvement.

The food itself was quite good. I ordered the classic eggs benedict, which was delicious, and my friend had the pancakes, which were fluffy and flavorful. The menu offers a nice variety of breakfast options, and the portion sizes are generous, providing good value for the price.

However, the service left something to be desired. While the staff were friendly, our coffee cups were not refilled during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, when it came time to settle the bill, the handwritten check was difficult to read and follow, making the payment process more cumbersome than it should have been.

The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant dining atmosphere. Despite the service hiccups, the quality of the food and the inviting environment made our breakfast enjoyable.

In conclusion, the Breakfast Connection has the potential to be a great breakfast spot with a few service improvements. If the staff were more attentive to refilling drinks and the billing process were streamlined, it would significantly enhance the overall dining experience. I would still recommend it for the good food and comfortable setting, but with the hope that these service issues will be addressed in the future.
