Overpriced (yes, even for a shoreline fish market) and both the owner and employee tried to upsell me on 4 different things I had absolutely no interest in, making it pretty uncomfortable for me. Quality seemed good, but not worth the excessive price or pushy experience
This was my first experience with Bud’s.
Our Branford friends asked us to pick up some salmon for dinner.
I called in advance to have 4lbs put aside.
Hal (nicest guy ever!) told me he had the best fresh King Salmon in stock and that it was “buttery and delicious” and it would be the best salmon we would ever have.
He could not have been nicer on the phone, and was even more personable in person!
What a great store with great staff!

5/5 stars! I'm so glad I discovered Buds Fish Market! Since my first purchase, I've been hooked (pun intended)! The quality of their fish is truly exceptional - it's a game-changer! I've tried several types of seafood from them, and each one has been incredibly fresh and delicious. The flavors are vibrant, and the texture is always perfect.
