Amazing pho and service! Everything was super fresh and delicious. We ate every last drop of the shrimp pho with added vegetables.
The homemade sauces topped it off! Can’t wait to try the other menu items!

Great spot, got great service from the owner. Special items on the menu are only available some days, usually Fridays into the weekend.

The food is good, but the menu is so overpriced. They should lower the price

Excellent food! I had the crunchy sweet and sour fish (swai) which is a mild white fish. We also tried the steamed dumplings but ate the before I could take a photo. 😀 The owner was our waiter and made sure we had a smooth meal. Will be back soon.

A great gem! Fist time at the restaurant tonight. The owner Steven is extremely attentive and was our waiter. I had the steamed dumplings and Egg Noodle Stir Fry (Mì Xào Rau Cải) for dinner. Delicious!!

Tried Bui for the first time tonight since their move to Branford (as takeout).
Food is outstanding, the service was fantastic, and the owner Steven introduced himself and his passion for Vietnamese food was readily apparent.
Cannot wait to come back!

I loved this restaurant on the first 3 times I went. A friend asked where she could take me for a bday dinner and I said Boui!
We brought our wine and were informed they just got a liquor license and said “$35cockage fee”!!! We ordered margaritas off their new menu. Syrupy sweet - we specified a non sweet drink. Ask for lime to cut the sweet- “sorry we don’t have lime.”
Not going back. Pancake was good, noodle dish also super sweet.
The food was incredible. Our dishes (beef pho, beef rice noodle stir fry, spring rolls, pickled radish, and Thai tea) were all incredibly tasty. The sauces (which are all made in house) were great too. The owner was nice and attentive. Food came very quickly too. Overall recommend.

My partner and I have been coming here semi-frequently for over a year - we love it here. We've had almost every item on the menu between us, and over our 15-ish visits we have never had anything less than a stellar experience.
Steven the owner/sole waiter is an absolute delight and we look forward to seeing him just as much as we look forward to enjoying his mom's food! Rock on Bui.

We tried fried dumplings, pickled radish, grilled beef and chicken lemongrass curry. Every item was delicious and plated beautifully. I brought home the leftover beef and ordered more dumplings and radishes for the house! The owner is extremely polite, friendly and honest.
