This Burger King in Branford has gone way downhill. The staff constantly messes up orders, especially when you try to make simple requests like “no mayonnaise” or “no pickles.” Instead, they’ll drown your burger in mayo or pile on extra cheese and pickles you didn’t ask for. It feels like no one is actually listening when you place your order. The food quality and attention to detail are the worst I’ve seen at any Burger King. I really wouldn’t recommend going here unless you’re absolutely starving — there are much better options nearby in the Branford area.

This place is usually very good. Upon getting french toast sticks this morning, I was given Zesty sauce instead of Maple Syrup. The combination of french toast and zesty sauce seems so disgusting, I have no idea why they gave me this instead of syrup. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service they give you cold food even when you tell them to give you fresh food they tell you it's fresh but the food is ice cold when you ask for a refund they refused to give you a refund I would highly recommend nobody to ever go to this place if I could give them zero Stars I would I would like corporate to send me a message and all the employees are on the phone when you walk into the restaurant don't nobody ever go to this location they suck and the manager at this location is named Jorge I want somebody to get back to me

I picked up lunch today in the drive through and the food was hot and fresh. Just the way I like it. Fries were fresh and salted perfect. The chicken wrap was fresh and the burger also. Im not sure what the managers name is on shift at lunchtime today, but thanks for making sure my food was fresh!

The service people here are rude and do not understand the English language. They had to cancel my payment 3 times because they don’t understand my language They were also speaking Spanish and laughing at me and my 4 year old Granddaughter. How is is possible that a national chain could hire such ignorant and incompetent people. Shame on you Burger King.
