The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the food is good overall. I wouldn’t say it’s “knock your socks off” good, but it’s solid Americanized Italian fare — the garlic knots make that clear.

Pricing is reasonable. I ordered a dirty martini, which I wouldn’t recommend; the olives were broken and just standard green olives, not what you’d expect for that drink.

For dinner, I had the shrimp scampi and my wife had the shrimp and veal dish. The veal was overcooked, tough, and lacking in flavor. The shrimp was also overcooked and chewy, and my dish in particular was overly salty. The cheese they offer also seemed questionable — I don’t believe it was authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano, as it was far too salty.

From the time we ordered to when the food arrived was roughly an hour, which felt excessive.

All in all, it’s a place I’d consider visiting again, but it wouldn’t be at the top of my list

Some of the best Italian food I've had. The Chicken Fiore and garlic knots were too good to be true.

Had lunch today, the café Fiori in Brantford. The food was very good, but the service was definitely lacking. The waiter came over once to take Our orders and never came back again. A waitress gave us our Dinners but never came back. No one refilled our water glasses. No one came by to ask us if things are OK . We had to go and look for someone to give us help and Then we had to ask for coffee. I heard good things about this restaurant however I would never go back after the way things went today.

A very nice experience for two couples getting to know each other over good food and conversation. The Eggplant Fiore was top notch, as was the bread brought to the table. Salad and a good fresh coffee added to an enjoyable experience.

I’ve heard about this restaurant for years from my family and finally made the trip from Weston. I had reservations and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what I expected.

When we arrived, two employees were sitting and talking, and we stood at the entrance for about five minutes without being greeted. I eventually had to ask if we could be seated, and the response felt dismissive. We chose to sit at the bar, but even there, it took quite a while before we were acknowledged. Once the bartender engaged with us, he was very kind, but I still had to ask for menus and water.

On a positive note, the food itself was very good. However, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a business owner myself, I truly believe customer service is everything, and even a simple warm greeting can make a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the food has so much potential to be matched with better service.

By not feeling welcomed or wanted there I will not return

Overall good experience for a family restruant. Food is solid overall with a larger menu. I've been there with a large group and service did a good job keeping up with the craziness. Have also been with another couple. Service also good. More gluten free food options would be great and better labeled menu in that regard. Drinks were ok. Parking isn't the best there. I wouldn't eat outside. Not a real outside eating set-up ...more of a covid style impromptu set-up.

Best veal Marsala I ever had. Most places give you one pies of veal and only a few mushrooms. I get 3 good size pieces and a ton of mushrooms. The sauce was phenomenal over parpadelle

On Thursday, one day ago, I ordered sole in lemon wine sauce and thought it came with spinach. When I received my dinner it was served with broccoli, which I didn’t want—no mention of what vegetables were served when I ordered the meal. A young lady from the kitchen said she would get me the spinach, no problem but then a male from the waitstaff said it was too late to change my order, that I needed to tell them what I wanted when the dinner was ordered, thus no spinach. I think this gentleman needs to be retrained in Customer Service.
