When they're open, they don't answer their phone. You can't leave any messages. I called there Sunday And I called Monday am and the phone rang , rang, rang then I was disconnected. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions but I guess they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and are are only open Wednesdays through Sundays bankers hours.

If i could I would give it 10 stars. So clean. Friendly- no pressure people there. They seem genuinely happy to be there and its refreshing. The treats,, especially the chocolate frosted lemon-filled donuts are the biggest I have seen and so delicious!!!!!

I came to Cheri’s today and had Zeppoli, I got the ricotta, OMG they were the freshest ever!! I can’t wait to go back!!

I bought 4 zeppola today. Two chocolate, vanilla and ricotta. I called to express that the zeppola tasted stale. The woman informed me she made them herself this morning. I’ve had zeppola from there before and these WERE NOT FRESH! I spent over 40 dollars and was not even offered my money back or to get something else in return. As a business owner, this was poor customer service and will not be returning!

Out of this world pastries! My family and I all have said that these are literally THE BEST specialty desserts, cookies, and pastries! The taste is Amazing in each pastry. The Italian cream filled desserts blew me away! The texture and sweetness of these are so balanced and mouth watering! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, and as fresh as can be. Clean and nice atmosphere. I forgot the lady's name, but each time, she is so helpful and was helpful with questions I had.
I went there three times within a few days. We had people visiting around Holidays, and they were hit!
Easy street parking on both sides of the road. Right in branford center area.
I highly recommend. Also fantastic for bringing a box to a get together, or for others when visiting.

Parking: Parking is free on both sides of the street. Each time I went, there were plenty of spots available. Although you may have to park a little down the street if it's super busy. I had no issues at the times I went.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly to take kids. All desserts are behind counter, so they won't get to things. Plenty of space inside.

Wonderful bakery for baked goods, which are always fresh and delicious. And Cherie and her sister Debbie are friendly and nice and take the time to chat. Definitely a place to stop in - even if it's out of your way!

Upon ordering, I was corrected by the owner several times..undermining my choices of pastries. She was extremely argumentative. I was caught off guard. I couldn’t believe the tone and the agitative state that she was in.
The establishment had several other patrons waiting in line. I tried to stay calm and collective, and she repeatedly kept heating the situation, which made it extremely uncomfortable.
It is truly a shame that the items were delicious.. but due to the interaction, I will never be returning.
Cheri's is a long time Connecticut Treasure. The new location puts it a bit out of the way compared to the easy exit off I-95 towards Boston. I love the donuts and twists; be sure to be there early for the best selections and freshness...Late morning at 1030 was a miss for me....I will come back...

I had the pleasure of enjoying my morning coffee at Cheri’s bakery in Branford center. Delicious coffee and delightful fresh muffin. Four dollars total was more than worth it. I totally enjoyed it. I’ll be back try it everyone. Beautiful day sitting outside. So glad Cheri’s is in Branford
