Didn’t catch this gentleman‘s name, but he did not stop working the entire time. I was there with the line out the door, even though he had coworkers he was the only one working. I applaud this young man. He was the only one serving people and working the counter and the register well done!

For the first time in years, I felt my order via the app was done to perfection and on time! As I walked in 2 minutes after the expected order pick up time, the girl handed me in my order! I see they put at least one person for non store orders to care of. For a weekend that’s really needed.
Coming to my order, whatever I put in my order it was done exactly the same way. Further, they put an additional label on the lid of the bowl as well which I really appreciate.

Despite all the reviews my experience wasn’t bad at all they have taken extra measures to keep the store clean a guy was squeegeeing the window and a woman I presumed to be the shift or manager was wiping tables and the guy who made my bowl was great and everything was still fresh and I was in and out no trouble I can’t speak for the mobile ordering but ordering for in person was great
