I only do mobile orders and they're always great. There was 1 occasion last year I believe where a mobile order took like 30 minutes longer than it should have but that is the only negative experience I have ever had here. I understand that sometimes you're not staffed well and that during busy times that can lead to delays. Otherwise, these guys are always on time and fill the bowl. They don't skimp. Food is delicious, well priced, well filled.

Didn’t catch this gentleman‘s name, but he did not stop working the entire time. I was there with the line out the door, even though he had coworkers he was the only one working. I applaud this young man. He was the only one serving people and working the counter and the register well done!

For the first time in years, I felt my order via the app was done to perfection and on time! As I walked in 2 minutes after the expected order pick up time, the girl handed me in my order! I see they put at least one person for non store orders to care of. For a weekend that’s really needed.
Coming to my order, whatever I put in my order it was done exactly the same way. Further, they put an additional label on the lid of the bowl as well which I really appreciate.
