Extremely poor and slow service and terrible variety. There was only one barista who was completely overwhelmed and extremely slow, she was asking customers “how many people are in line”. Made me stand in line for 20 mins just to tell me they don’t sell cakes as whole.

This is a pretty good coffeeshop and is in a fantastic location in downtown Branford. They have a lot of coffee and pastry options, which made it hard to choose what to order. I wanted a small hot chocolate, but apparently a 16oz is the smallest they have. There was only one person working behind the counter despite it being pretty busy, so it took a while, but the tables are comfortable and the ambiance is very relaxed. You can either look for on-street parking, or go to the public parking lot around the corner (behind and down the street from the Indian restaurant).

Fantastic coffee bar with great desserts and coffees! Nice service from barista! Super comfy chairs and couches! Seems a lot like the coffee shop on Friends! (They even played the theme song ?) Free parking lot across the street! Town is delightful with fun shopping nearby! Had a delicious Macchiato! Great place to hang and refresh!
Great place to grab a cup of high-quality coffee and visit with friends right on the Branford Green. Always a pleasure!

Asked for a large iced decaf latte today at 4:30pm. Made sure to say DECAF three times. Was given a large caffeinated drink which is why I'm posted this at 11pm instead of being asleep.
Some of us have medical reasons for ordering decaf, such as anxiety, heart palpitations, and so on. This is no different than spiking someone's drink. Pure evil.
