Extremely poor and slow service and terrible variety. There was only one barista who was completely overwhelmed and extremely slow, she was asking customers “how many people are in line”. Made me stand in line for 20 mins just to tell me they don’t sell cakes as whole.

Fantastic coffee bar with great desserts and coffees! Nice service from barista! Super comfy chairs and couches! Seems a lot like the coffee shop on Friends! (They even played the theme song ?) Free parking lot across the street! Town is delightful with fun shopping nearby! Had a delicious Macchiato! Great place to hang and refresh!
Asked for a large iced decaf latte today at 4:30pm. Made sure to say DECAF three times. Was given a large caffeinated drink which is why I'm posted this at 11pm instead of being asleep.
Some of us have medical reasons for ordering decaf, such as anxiety, heart palpitations, and so on. This is no different than spiking someone's drink. Pure evil.

First time in common Grounds today.The great smell of coffee as you open the door brings a smile to your face.There is a vast array of elegant food to choose from.Service was excellent. Very busy but they are quick with your order yet still having the time to chat with you.Great job
