This is the best Indian restaurant on the Connecticut Shoreline hands down. The staff and owners are beautiful people who care about the quality of the food they’re serving and how they serve it. Absolutely delicious. Old location was better decorated but that is minor. Get the combination platter, it comes with appetizer, dessert, and a large selection of entrees for a very reasonable price. Best Indian food I’ve had in quite some time, and my favorite food in the whole state. I personally prefer it mild but it is good spicy too and highly customizable. Very great restaurant.

naan, chicken Tikka masala and the vegetarian complete dinner...all outstanding and at reasonable prices. We took home enough leftovers for another meal. Service was fast and friendly and we were offered as much rice as we wanted. The owner was friendly and engaging and spent about 10 minutes talking with us. There is a reason that Darbar has been a local institution for so long. I highly recommend and...
