Tough to have an experience when you call three times in 15 minutes, no one answers and there’s not even a voicemail saying they’ll call you back. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a takeout place that does not answer the phone or at least have a message saying open/closed/we will call u back asap.

i used to get pizza here once per week and it was great! not sure if they changed the chef but the pizza is now terrible. it looks like a 5 year old burnt it in an easy bake oven. well done thin crust pizza (New Haven style) is my favorite but this pie is thick and doughy and burnt! you cannot call that well done. it’s burnt and disgusting.

Being a New Yorker I am impressed. I've only tried the pizza so far and it's delicious. Can't wait to stop by and eat in the dining room to try the rest of the menu. Alexa is very personable and a pleasure to talk to which is refreshing. I would recommend this establishment.

We read the reviews and decided to give it a try. We were looking forward to everything we read! Unfortunately, it was not the case. While the pizzas were cooked to ordered as well done, the veggie delight was soggy. Way too much broccoli on the pie and it was like chopped, frozen broccoli and canned mushrooms. Not good at all. The mozz. was just ok. Really wanted this to be a new go to. I saw a similar review on here, hopefully they will review the comments!

This was my first experience. I ordered fried calamari and two wraps. The wraps were really good. I do have to warn others, that they do put the marinara sauce for the calamari it was not on the side like I expected it to be so when I opened it, they were soggy. They did however make me a new one for me me which I was extremely thankful for. Thank you for great food and great service.

The Don Roberto and brucie have been eating there for over a year now the staff is very friendly family like love all the food since day one they make you feel like you’re at home treat you like family I just love love love D’Orlando’s pizza restaurant I have not one bad thing to say about them go there to eat you won’t be disappointed XOXO

Didn’t feel like cooking tonight! Enjoyed a nice variety of apps Fried Mozzarella, Eggplant Rollatini, Polpette, and brussel sprouts sautéed to perfection. Never have a bad meal or experience at D’Orlando’s! Lisa our server is always attentive & a delight. Job well done as always Chef Mikey!! See you again soon ?

My family and I had dinner at this AMAZING restaurant tonight !!! Some of us had pizza while others had entrees. Everything was absolutely delicious !! I myself had the eggplant rollatini which was outstanding !! I highly recommend this restaurant !!

Just tried for the first time so disappointed pepperoni was sandwich pepperoniMushrooms are straight out of a can! pizza was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up without it falling apart the wings were A complete mess sorry I know people have a bad night, but even on a good night you can’t put those ingredients on a pizza please So exhausted I took three bites and threw it away sorry
