I always order ahead using the mobile app. But I'm only going to go to this one during the week now. Because the last 3 weekends my order has been wrong or something that I ordered has been missing. The last 2 times the coffee wasn't made they only gave me my food. So I still go here during the week but I'm not using this one on the weekends anymore.

I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. I come here early in the morning to get my drink before work and the morning crew is always so efficient, friendly, helpful, never get my order wrong, they work very quickly and are the best Dunkin I’ve been to, every time I have to go to a different Dunkin I get my order made wrong or the service isn’t great but I know I will always have a good experience here. I highly recommend!
