I asked for my usual med. Iced decaf with 6 creams and 4 pumps of caramel. The caramel was next to empty and the cashier was pumping and pumping with next to nothing coming out! Then added the cream and was getting ready to add the coffee. I asked her if she could replenish the caramel and make my drink over with the appropriate amount of caramel. She got an attitude, but made the drink, but made with regular coffe!coffee! I politely told her that was suppose to be decaf! Well, its safe to say she got a bigger attitude! Customer service has gone straight to hell! And it's really sad when you're spending your hard earned money!!!

The women working the drive up was lovely and polite. I ordered the $6 special meal. A bagel w bacon, egg and cheese, hash browns and a coffee. I asked for butter on the bagel and was asked to drive up. The women reminded the male worker to add butter. He yelled at her to tell me I needed to pay for the butter next time! (I didn’t ask for a freebie, just made the request) A man came to the window handed me the bag and rudely stated “next time you need to pay for the butter” and stormed away. The women politely said “sorry and have a good day”. I then pulled out a cold hash brown and asked for warm ones. She happily asked to have hot ones to her coworker and apologized. Next as I was waiting, I pulled out the sandwich with didn’t have any cheese on it. She gave me the hot hash browns and I requested the piece of cheese as I was afraid to make the grumpy (seemed like) the manager get madder. Again she felt awful and apologized and I told her she was great and he should have behaved better. And if she made the mistake in not charging me for the butter or asking me to pay…. Then he should have quietly coached her and not yell like a grump to me. And then screw up the sandwich! People should be kind and considerate like she was!

I asked for a nice selection of assorted donuts, I told the gentleman that I had gone to another location and had asked for a dozen of the most popular donuts and received 6 that were chocolate covered wasn't happy. The gentleman said he had a nice selection so I would be all set he gave me 2 of everything no jelly ,no Boston cream ,,no powered sugar, no Cinnamon donut. No, plain donut.

Unorganized and not quick service. I cannot come many times I put a mobile order in and I show up and they’re not busy but my mobile order is not ready. Half the time all I’m ordering is coffee which I don’t think it takes five minutes. Inside is dirty I never feel clean in there, they frequently forget parts of my order as well.There is another Dunkin on the other side of town five minutes down the road that is remodeled, very clean, fast service, much better experience
