Was given a stale donut and wrong coffee order. I ordered a medium coffee with milk and given coffee with 4 sugar and 4 skim. When I tried to call the since I was home there was no answer on the phone.

I usually love coming to this location as my order comes out correct and overall everyone is friendly, especially the young guy ( sorry don’t know his name) who usually works the drive up window but anytime Kajal takes my order or assists me she is consistently rude and makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. Wasn’t aware when she scanned my app that it was set up for points only and not for purchases ( usually do my order ahead of time on the app, first time scanning at a window) so when I was asked for payment I was confused but ready to pay, she made the biggest deal I felt so bad and apologized until I realized I didn’t do anything wrong. She always so miserable! Even to her co-workers. I get we all have bad days but it’s just always consistent with her.

I always use my mobile app to order. I like racking up the points and being able to order just how I like to. The staff is always very friendly and gets my order ready for my arrival time. Never any issues.
Parking: Small parking lot that can be very difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend going through the drive through at this location.
Kid-friendliness: They have a small area for seating and I have seen people having breakfast with their kids there. They keep the establishment clean and bright.
The automatic ordering system neglected to include the sweetener for our coffee. It's not the fault to the staff, the cheerfully provided sweetener. Kind of disappointment that comes with Dunkin' Donuts today. Excuse me, Duncan. They're no longer a place for good donuts. In fact this store design has the smallest donut case of any Duncan that I've ever seen.not a place I care to revisit

I come to this Dunkin every single day. My house comes twice a day. Today, I make my order and the lady who took my order at 7:53 was so rude it’s literally unbelievable. She started saying “OMG” so loud when I asked for cream. She was so rude and gave me such an attitude at the window when I was so nice. I am not sure if she’s manager but she was wearing a blue shirt with glasses. But, I am not coming back because she was also there a few days ago and was so rude as well.
