I ordered three bacon, egg, and cheese bagels and it was honestly disgusting. The cheese was just slapped on top not melted at all and the eggs were clearly rotten. They had a sour smell, a weird grayish color, and tasted completely off like they’d been sitting out all morning. The bacon was limp, the place looked dirty, the staff acted like they didn’t care, and when I complained they just shrugged. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. Never going back.

This place used the same cup they used when the first coffee I got was wrong. if it was anything else ok but I got a macchiato if anyone knows coffee knows that this drink leaves the previous taste of the wrong coffee In the cup. I understand its consider a fast food establishment but come on just make the new drink fresh.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin I get a cup of whatever I'm getting that's 2/3 of the way filled. I mean you already charge exorbitantly high prices for liquid. Why can't I at least get my cup filled to the top! Stop ripping people off!!!

This Dunkin is probably the best location I've ever had to pleasure of going to! The service is amazing everyone is friendly and thoughtful and very good at dealing with any disgruntled customers at the time and turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, so needless to say amazing at troubleshooting! A big shout out today to the employees for their service today! Aeashana, kajal, Emi, Dan, Maria, Nelida, Kiya, and their amazing Manager Kayla thank you for my experience and your hospitality! Truly a cut above anyone else!
Everytime we go to this particular Dunkin 2 hours prior to closing the espresso and latte machines are miraculously broken. Yet in the morning even more miraculously they are fixed! Ownership should consider getting them replaced. It’s frustrating that we cannot get our coffees with plenty of time before closing because staff likes to clean and turn them off early. Please consider speaking with staff about this.

.April 12, 2025 got my coffee around 4:30pm Drive thru today. Young girl look very unhappy and didn’t want to work at dunkin. I ask how much and she show me her 3 fingers. I’m guessing it $3. She is like having an attitude. Always came here and I never have any problems. mostly the staffs are always happy drive thru , it’s like brighten my day. Maybe this job is not fit for her.

Was given a stale donut and wrong coffee order. I ordered a medium coffee with milk and given coffee with 4 sugar and 4 skim. When I tried to call the since I was home there was no answer on the phone.
