This place is a complete shitshow. I use the app to order so I can snag my order on the go and get to work for 5:30am in Trumbull from NB. This is the fifth time they’ve trashed my order and by that I mean I ordered at 4:45am, got there to pick it up at 5am, the dude didn’t even make my order and I waited fit another 10 mins before I watched him make someone else’s order who’s just gotten there. I told him I had to go and asked where my order was and he looked at me like I was a moron then asked if I wanted Tom to make it. I told him no I didn’t have time and I wanted a refund. He told me to come back later. $21 down the drain.

Accidently placed 2 orders through the app that was immediately noticed and upon my arriving I was asked if the second order was placed by accident. Manager was extremely helpful with the refund. The food was great. Very pleased- great crew!
Where to start taking my order to longer then should coffee order was wrong food was cold worker was more concerned chatting and eating the bacon not hard to make a coffee

Employees pretend they don't see you, they are too busy serving drive thru customers.I left without ordering after being ignored for 5 minutes.This happened on multiple occasions.Just make it drive thru only if you can't handle walk in customers.Never again.
