Lila at Eli's absolutely rocked her job! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us regularly. Her customer service was top-notch, and it really made our dining experience special. We felt like we were in good hands with her taking care of us. Can't recommend her enough! Eli's is lucky to have her on the team. If I ever go back and I will, I'm requesting Lila!

Ordered food for delivery and of course the staff doesn’t know how to read and missed the order notes completely to NOT put that nasty sauce and pickles on my burger. Everything i didn’t want in the burger. Why am i paying this price for this burger if the staff isn’t even competent enough to pay attention. You had ONE job!!!!!
