I am disappointed to share this experience. I placed an order for 12 sandwiches and 2 salads, scheduled for delivery the following day. Despite clear instructions, the order was delivered a day early. The delivery person apologized and assured me the food would be donated and a fresh order provided the next day. However, it appears the original food was refrigerated, reheated, and redelivered, as the salads and sandwiches were soggy, with inedible lettuce and some items either slimy or dry. This raises serious food safety concerns, as several staff members could not eat their meals. We spent nearly $200 on this order and are dissatisfied with both the service and quality. We will not order from this diner again and are concerned about the potential health impact on our staff.

I used to love this place but now it's just disappointing. Placed a pre-order on grubhub with the expectation of receiving my food within an hour or so from when they opened. It was a simple, single order of pancakes and a side of bacon. Instead it took them over an hour to make my sinple order of 2 pancakes and bacon. If this is how inefficient they run I can only imagine how long it would have taken if I had wanted anything more substantial.
