She has a great personality, I’m just so sure working with her is such a pleasure. It’s refreshing to receive great hospitality. 100/10 service will definitely be returning ❤️

The man that waited on me was in a hurry. I told him small turkey cheese lettuce and tomato. A giant steak & cheese with mushrooms only. This is what I got a tuna with lettuce and tomato. A giant steak cheese lettuce tomato pepper onions and no mushrooms . I always go to this JM and never have a problem. By the way it took 28 minutes and everyone else was fixing all his orders. Who wants to get back in the car to have them correct the problem . Never will go there unless he is out of there. Terrible employee. Unfortunately one in the bunch that makes it bad for all your outstanding employees.

The kid that took my order had made sandwiches for 2 customers and did the cash register with his gloves on. Then started to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change gloves. He changed the first in front of me then walked away from site to change the other. Who knows what he did. I paid for the sandwich but I threw it away. I was afraid to eat it. Won’t go back. Had 1 good experience there and 2 bad.
Haven't been to Jersey Mike's in a very long time. Tonight I ordered 2 subs online, an Italian combo and a roast beef. Short wait at pick up. Both subs packed with meat , bread was nice and fresh made to order with everything we wanted on them. Will definitely be back.

What a joke this place used to be a go to in Branford. I ordered when I was leaving work at 8:00 got to Jersey mikes sat down waited a bit then got up at around 8:20 after I seen an employee walk from the hot grill wrapping a sub, I said I was here for a pick up they then grabbed my ticket off the back where they hang them and my Sandwhich was never even started they had 2 people in the store one of whom walked in the same time as me. I think the employees were stoned what a weird vibe and very very frustrating like how does that even happen.

This is the slowest location. Anywhere. It has to be - you'd have to be literally closed to be slower. The people are plenty nice, and it's the same food you get at any Jersey Mike's ... Except you have to wait 20+ minutes for one sub. Insanity.
