I love Jersey Mikes but this must be the worst location in the country. I’ve been 10+ times, each time hoping for a better experience, but every time it takes way longer than it should, and the food is consistently wrong. Today, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and got a beef cheesesteak. It’s MUCH worse ordering takeout - the food is literally always 5-15 minutes late, and you can count on something being wrong with every sandwich. I think the location is understaffed for the volume of orders that come through, as I do see they’re always doing their best to keep up. Unfortunately I can never return.

This is to cancel the review likely coming today from a man who clearly just wanted a free sandwich. We ordered the same thing, steak n cheese no peppers onions. The wait was average considering it was lunch rush and neither of us ordered ahead. I went in prepared for that, he apparently was not. Moments before his sandwich was coming off the grill (obvious by time elapsed and people remaining) he demanded a void. They were working to complete while asking the cook how long, she replied 30 seconds. He said I don't care void it. They handed them the sandwich and went to void it and he threw open the sandwich on a table to inspect it for (I assume) unwanted veggies. Almost mad it was made correctly he packaged it back up and went to storm out while huffing. She muttered quietly I was going to void it but ok. Or something to that affect, I could barely hear standing next to her, but he heard something from just outside the door, so came storming back in, and said no you know what melt the cheese. I was going to accept it then I heard your snarky comment. So they re grilled it (cause now time isn't an issue for him I guess). Voided the transaction, gave him his change back and he asked for their names so he could write a review later on. I don't know how the entire team maintained their composure but kudos to Jersey Mike's of Branford for today's rude encounter.

Samantha in the Branford CT location is an asset to your team. I was having one of the worst days I’ve had in a while and her kindness was unforgettable. Someone really should give her some sort of achievement for her customer service. Customer service jobs like this are not always the easiest jobs. People can be brutal. She’s genuine and that’s hard to find in an employee. She legit turned around the whole vibe of my day. Happy Labor Day weekend! You found yourself a diamond in the rough!

I shouldn't even be talking about the price, but it's literally insane. My biggest complaint however is the time. YOU CANNOT SAY SOMETHING IS GOING TO BE READY AND ITS NOT. People work, they have lunch breaks....you cannot be 10, 15, 20 mins behind. I will literally show up any time you want me to. 10 mins, ok...I'll be there, an hour an 10 min, ok...I'll be there. However telling me it's gonna be ready at 1:09 and then having it ready 25 mins later is unacceptable. Then once she acknowledged that I was there, the sandwich wasn't even made yet. When it was done, rather than finding me or calling my name. She just threw it one the counter so I could wait another 5 mins until I realized it was done. Be better and lower your prices. This is why I come to you once a month rather than once a week.

Avoid this location the woman taking the orders at the slicer won’t make your sub. She will pop her head out to make sure no one else is waiting and then she’ll go back to her break … take pride in what you do no matter what it is.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Jersey Mike's sub store! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Samantha really stands out as an exceptional employee. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The customer service was top-notch, I can't wait to come back and see her again! 10/10 would recommend Jersey Mike's for the subs and the amazing people!"

I had steak sub.so good.very good quality and was loaded with steak.other places may be cheaper but don't give alot of steak and jersey mikes has very good quality steak and a large sub is like 2 regular size subs elsewhere best by far totaly worth the money.

I ordered on the way home on my phone. I repeated my order at least 4 times, especially NO peppers. All I wanted was steak,American cheese,onions,mushrooms and mayo on giant white. Easy, right? Wrong. When I got there , the cashier was annoyed that I asked to check my order. Someone else checked it for me. Guess what? Peppers!!!!!. They were going to make me a new one but I couldn’t wait. I had my handicapped daughter waiting in the car and had to get her home. Worse experience ever.

I can't tell you how the food was because everything looked delicious when I walked in I was so excited to eat I asked for American or cheddar cheese they did not have either that night. My only choices were provolone or Swiss I hate both of those so I didn't need anything and I was very disappointed. I don't know how American cheese is not a staple at a Jersey Mike's store. Regardless of the state that you're in.
