I have visited lobster shack several times. Everytime I have gone the service is top notch. They are friendly and on top of anything you need. The food is delicious. I tend to favor the lobster rolls !! The gorgonzola garlic bread is phenomenal.

The Christmas decorations were really pretty. It was cold outside, so the braised short rib and mashed potatoes were filling and warming. We also got the crab rangoon appetizer, which had an interesting flavor. The hot sauce on top was really great.
The lobster mac and cheese and lobster rolls were great, but the cup of lobster corn chowder needed more flavor. The seasonal cocktails are a skip. You're better off ordering familiar cocktails such as a Moscow mule or beer.

It has that rare mix of peaceful atmosphere and welcoming charm that makes everyone feel right at home.
Our server was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and incredibly entertaining with our kids, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and tasted unbelievably fresh. You can tell they care about quality here.
I also tried their holiday drink, which was tasty, unique, and full of festive flavor. And when my baby accidentally spilled my drink, they didn’t hesitate for a second — they made me a brand-new one with a smile. That kind of kindness is something you don’t always get, and it really stood out.
Overall, Lobster Shack exceeded all expectations. Beautiful setting, great service, family-friendly, and food you’ll crave again and again. Highly recommend!

This place was so nice and cozy inside. It's decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our waitress was very nice, and helpful. The food was amazing.
