Ordered via mobile app. Two sandwiches and one drink. Noted only one sandwich in the bag driving away. Parked and went inside, spoke to the same staff that was at the window. Explained that a triple cheeseburger, no onions, plus bacon was missing. She states, indignantly,"it was in
there. " Walks away and says something in Spanish into her headset. Turns and goes over and gets the triple cheeseburger, correctly labeled from our order, puts it in a bag and throws it on the counter without making any eye contact or apologizing and walks away.

The prices are jacked up being at a pit stop (significantly) and yet the staff especially in the a.m. can't understand English to get order right. When you clarify and repeat it they just say "yes" and then have no clue what's going on. The wait is forever as there is 1 person doing everything.

Dirty bathroom

My last two experiences here have been really shitty. I've been to this location three times to be specific.. I usually come early in the morning randomly on my way to go to work when I'm rushing. Coming through the drive thru looks extremely unsanitary. Fingerprints all over the window. And they have to manually move the window open and close it manually because it doesn't work.... Which has been like that for a couple of years now.. I came and ordered a PLAIN EGG AND CHEESE on a bagel. Which was $6.69 cents.. Okay, whatever. "Highway location bs they want to use." They double the prices. When I opened my sandwich, there was literally some kind of sauce all over it There was so much sauce on my sandwich, and I didn't know what it was, and I didn't expect or ask for anything but a plain egg and cheese on bagel. The presentation on top of that was disgusting. The sauce was all over the place without even taking the sandwich out of the bag. It leaked through the paper. I saved the sandwich and brought it back the next day. The manager tells me that the sauce automatically comes on the sandwich... Which makes no sense to me. If I am asking for a plain egg and cheese.... I didn't like the prices and the sandwich was disgusting.. Very dissapointing coming from McDonald's. I will never go to this location ever again in my life. You're better off not going there, either. Their food isn't that great for how much you're paying. Just go to one off the highway.. There are a couple that are still close to the freeway. They will never get over on me again. Also, it just seems like they get annoyed if you go through the drive-thru or maybe just annoyed in general. idk. But just rude.
