Service sucks and slow and the body language with the dirty look from the early morning staff that what you get. The owner of this restaurant is a penny pinching there is no free cup of water you have to pay for the cup. Bathroom are dirty i couldn't use one and had to clean the other. Not happy with the service I will definitely choose different ones.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! I started by going inside , I was helped but told my 4 digit code was “expired.” After disagreeing , and being confused as I just opened the app and clicked on earn points, and I was told the code doesn’t work and nothing can be done. I said this has never happened before, and the person helping me said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I was definitely upset, but my experience got WAY WORSE!!! after getting over my code not working and placing my order, I waited 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That is not FAST food. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I called corporate, who said “well look into it,” and never heard back. My experience at this McDonald’s was bad but the customer service made it worth leaving a 1 star review. Shut down this location.

Nice, usually clean, and food is generally standard but the service sucks. No one has ever stationed at the register. You have to order the kiosk and good luck getting assistance if you wanna order inside, if they’re busy you could be waiting for your food for up to 20 minutes just for it to be cold so just go through the drive-through even if the drive-through is really long going inside you might as well starve.
The entire staff working 4/22 around 7pm was incredibly hard working, efficient, and still very kind while they were overwhelmed as the drive thru line was all the way to the street and customers were waiting to be served inside. Had to write this! Thank you

It is so rare that I have the opportunity to leave a 5 star review at a fast food place, but this time it was definitely warranted.
I went through the drive-thru and the line was about 5 cars deep. Dinner rush, to be expected.
However, we were through the line quickly and my order was pretty much all special order - fries: no salt, cooked extra; QP no cheese, extra pickle, extra onions. I'm pretty sure this was the first time it was perfect! The burger was made to order, and not only was there not a speck of salt on my fries, but they were cooked to perfection!
The staff was friendly too. Great job, all!

Honestly one of the best McDonald's I've been to, everyone's very pleasant and the food is almost always perfect in terms of McDonald's terms go. But I wanna shout out William in particular he's a fantastic worker, accommodating pleasant to talk to and interact with but not overbearing that sometimes comes from inauthentic customer service. He seems to genuinely care about my experience and is doing a fantastic job!
