Nice, usually clean, and food is generally standard but the service sucks. No one has ever stationed at the register. You have to order the kiosk and good luck getting assistance if you wanna order inside, if they’re busy you could be waiting for your food for up to 20 minutes just for it to be cold so just go through the drive-through even if the drive-through is really long going inside you might as well starve.

The entire staff working 4/22 around 7pm was incredibly hard working, efficient, and still very kind while they were overwhelmed as the drive thru line was all the way to the street and customers were waiting to be served inside. Had to write this! Thank you

It is so rare that I have the opportunity to leave a 5 star review at a fast food place, but this time it was definitely warranted.
I went through the drive-thru and the line was about 5 cars deep. Dinner rush, to be expected.
However, we were through the line quickly and my order was pretty much all special order - fries: no salt, cooked extra; QP no cheese, extra pickle, extra onions. I'm pretty sure this was the first time it was perfect!...
