The worst take out experience I’ve ever had. The portions were small and way over priced. The food was inedible. The pasta was mushy and tasted like it had been kept under a warming lamp all day, not fresh at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal. Additionally, the dish I ordered was described as a spinach linguine, however when I ordered only, it required I select a pasta type and spinach linguine was not an available option.

Don't bother getting take out. They give you old food that is just reheated. 25$ for soggy mushy pasta is ridiculous. Fancy front and prices are a sham, truly a regrettable experience.

Pasta Cosi is top-notch in every way possible. Been coming here for years and they're always consistent and delicious. Unique rotating specials, pricing is fair, and the food is so fresh. Wish it was a little bigger inside, but I'm never disappointed when I visit. A true gem in Branford.

Came for a light lunch with my daughter on a lazy early Saturday Afternoon. A few people in the bar watching soccer having cocktails, otherwise no one in the restaurant except us and staff. I had a burger off the specials menu, and she had the penne alla vodka. The bread and oil/gardinera was terrific.
Admittedly not the cheapest place, even for lunch- but the food prep/taste and atmosphere cannot be beaten. looking forward to dinner there soon.

I might move to Branford just to be close to this place. Wow. The chicken marsala was out of this world. The penne vodka with chicken cutlet strips was done perfectly and exactly how it's supposed to taste... delicious. Chocolate mousse cake light fluffy delectable. Gelato was great. Service top notch, professional, friendly and prompt. Food came out quick and hot. Also the bread was phenomenal.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from this establishment and wasn’t sure where it was from (and honestly didn’t think was it this place until I went to my teenager’s school play)… One of the main lead characters the next day was (same symptoms as me) SO sick they had to use his understudy. After talking to my daughter who had ZERO idea where we’d ate the previous day she said “Oh yea I forgot to tell you guys! ((Kids name)) Got food poisoning really bad from this place in Branford called like, cozy pasta or something and that’s why he’s not here tonight!” His experience was just like mine— throwing up everything I drank or ate for approx 6 hours unable to keep anything even water down.Side note: I actually loved the dish taste-wise (classic spaghetti*) Also l ate all of it but I’m 99.999% sure something was stored incorrectly somewhere or labeled wrong date-wise. I later found out my teenager’s friend and I had the exact same dish as I did on the exact same day around 4-6pm.
