Delicious! Me and my family enjoyed our time there. It seems like everything on the menu is exceptional, so you can’t go wrong. The pasta are big portions to share, and so many good apps. I’m always impressed with their specials menu. The fish dishes are just right. We had the fried calamari and it was very delicious, crunchy and flavorful especially with a dip in Vodka sauce. Why not, A must try place, you will be very satisfied. A gem. We will be back.

We have been going to Pasta Cosi for years, but tonight the food was that bad that I feel I need to warn others. First off, this was our first time back in 5 years due to being out of state, so I don’t know if they have new owners/chefs, etc. The service was very slow. It took 30 minutes to get an app and over an hour for meals. We had the pane cotte, and have had it there before. This time it was very bland and was definitely missing something- maybe veggie stock, definitely garlic and definitely salt. The Eggplant Rollotini was also bland. There was more cheese than eggplant on the dish. The main pasta courses were okay, but the sauce was nothing like it was in the past. For a pricey joint and subpar Italian Food, I suggest going somewhere else. There are plenty of better Italian restaurants in town.

Place is nice, small and local which I like. Came in around late afternoon the other day for a late lunch. Empty inside, yet was still asked to wait for about 15 minutes. Server was nice and kind, however the food was not that okay for the price. Pretty disappointed in my fried calamari, as it tasted bland; and that's WITH the marinara, which only helped a little. Calamari did not taste fresh... On top of this, my Penne Alla Vodka pasta was okay too, honestly surprised again at the blandness of the sauce, and the penne was much more grainy than other places. I'm not sure if I'll be back, was honestly disappointed. Don't waste your money here, I've had better Pasta and fried calamari in Branford...

Good place, lots of choose.. Servers are attentive.. If you go for lunch, odds are you wont be able to finish your food 😁, you will take left over food to home.. Size of your dish at lunch is equal to dinner.. you will enjoy your choices,

Excellent food and service. The best Calamari I have ever had. The homemade sausage and Broccoli Rabe with shaved garlic was outstanding! And the Putanesca is just a perfect blend of flavors. Relaxing atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. Highly recommend.

I visited Pasta Cosi a few years ago with a couple of friends, right before heading to the speakeasy next door. It was an impromptu stop, but I’m so glad we went. I ordered the lobster ravioli, and it completely won me over — so much so that whenever I think of Italian food, this place is the first that comes to mind. The ravioli was absolutely unforgettable.

The worst take out experience I’ve ever had. The portions were small and way over priced. The food was inedible. The pasta was mushy and tasted like it had been kept under a warming lamp all day, not fresh at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal. Additionally, the dish I ordered was described as a spinach linguine, however when I ordered only, it required I select a pasta type and spinach linguine was not an available option.

Don't bother getting take out. They give you old food that is just reheated. 25$ for soggy mushy pasta is ridiculous. Fancy front and prices are a sham, truly a regrettable experience.
