I really want to like this place but I always leave disappointed. It takes at least 10-15 mins to get a latte, which I find annoying. I’ve only seen a max of two people staffed, one taking orders and one making drinks. They’re usually chit chatting back and forth about non-order related things which slows them down. Maybe others perceive this as friendly service? The coffee is good and the atmosphere is cool. I’ll spend my $8 on a latte elsewhere. They were so much better...
The best coffee shop around! The employees are always super friendly and welcoming, but more importantly they care about their customers. I ordered a decaf latte and when the barista started to hand me the cup he realized he didn’t make it decaf and immediately apologized and remade my drink, no questions asked, which just shows how much they care and want to provide the best service!
