Food is good..service is rude...mainly the older lady...very rude.

(Around 3pm on Sat March 1, 2025) The woman behind the counter with a heavy accent is not very customer friendly. I ordered my lunch with a gentleman. He apparently misheard my order if 2 bacon and cheese sandwiches but instead gave me the regular chicken sandwiches. When I walked back into the location, the gentleman was back on the fry line and the woman was back to work at the counter. I informed her of the situation and she looks up my order. Immediately starts arguing that my order was not the bacon and cheese sandwich but instead my order was for 2 regular chicken sandwiches. I told her I asked for 2 bacon and cheese sandwiches and 1 order of regular fries. She starts telling me that I need to order using the numbers listed next to the sandwiches and not tell the person what kind of sandwich. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then she proceeds to put cheese and bacon in a container meant for the sides. I asked what she was doing. She told me she would sell me the cheese and bacon separately because I did not pay for it. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Eventually she took my regular sandwiches into the back and put the bacon and cheese on my now cold sandwiches. Her attitude was atrocious. Other customers were present and muttering to me that this is how service is at this location all the time. That's disturbing that management does not address their workforce. I had no issue with the guy that took my order but she needs to go to mopping floors or something where she has no contact with customers.

Order spicy chicken it was nasty overhypend and the chicken was raw the mac n cheese was too oily and the biscuits were too hard I payed 17$ for that i wish i never did i want my money back....

Nasty. Ordered and in plain view the guy cooking the chicken has a mouthful of chicken chomping down as he’s putting items in the fryer.

Worst Popeye ever. Idk what their hiring criteria is. People cant even understand or speak normal english

I asked for tap water they just told me know straight out. Some fast food joints charge a dollar or something for ice. The manager came over and said I could buy a cup for 3.50$. They were rude af too.

Manager (jamaila) she don't know how to talk to costumers and don't know the difference between coupon and voucher. Start arguing loudly without any reason. Good bless this place with employees like her.

Customer service is foreign to the young fella who was supposed to take our order.

Your establishment lost business because of your employee.

The way he talked to your customers is reprehensible and was either a poor or true indicator of the quality of your company.

Your company is a disgrace to the Popeyes franchise.

This place is a health violation. Afro guy without a hairnet, braided hair guy without a hair net, no gloves. Coughing and bugs on food. Refusal by an older woman working to give us my food with my name on it that I paid for in the app. Shut this place down already, no one is missing out unless you want a disease. They're all filthy disgusting people. Forgot half my order.

The cashier “Lavina” VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and arrogant atttitudes , the chicken was alright, the biscuit barely had butter on it and the food gets thrown at you!

Laughably poor service from a staff who seemed like they hated us for being there, way too few employees for the lunch rush, and they forgot part of our order but it didn't seem like there was any point in trying to get them to correct the mistake so we just left.
