0 starI have been coming to Shoreline for years and have never experienced such rude customer service. One of the women (shown in picture) has been nothing but rude to my sister and i multiple times now. Gives dirty looks since she recognizes us because we used to be loyal customers. NOW never again. I’m not sure if she owns the place or a minimum wage worker who takes the job way too seriously. She is rude about NOTHING, and i can’t keep quiet about it. I’ll be waiting in line ready to pay and instead of helping me and the line behind she answers the phone and takes an order instead of placing them on hold. I refuse to take the disrespect for some mediocre food.

I absolutely love this salad bar. It's always fresh. The food is outstanding and I NEVER buy premade meals. However, this is my go-to. Anything I've ordered here is delicious and made with good ingredients. I highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
