I absolutely love this salad bar. It's always fresh. The food is outstanding and I NEVER buy premade meals. However, this is my go-to. Anything I've ordered here is delicious and made with good ingredients. I highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

The owner hit my car while it was parked outside his business. I love their salad bar so I got a salad and was about to pay for my salad when someone came in and told me he hit my car. I confronted him he denied it till I told him someone saw it and we looked at it and I said can you at least make my salad free, he shouted in the door for my salad to be free then took off in his unregistered truck and the police originally wanted to press charges for evading but then the police officers supervisor basically said my salad was my payment. I didn't even want to press charges. I just wanted a new bumper, I said we didn't even need to go through insurance. I don't want to ruin his business I just want him to take responsibility.

Our group was hopeful by the positive reviews and menu, unfortunately, the food bland and mediocre and the art work is noticeable odd combination. I wouldn’t normally mention artwork but there is literally a person stabbing a buffalo in the bathroom… On top of the below average food, 3/5 of the group got food poison/upset stomachs. The individuals that got sick had the cheese burgers and chicken salad. The fries that came with the burger looked like they had been reheated old fries. Strongly recommend skipping this cafe.

This is my second time checking out shoreline cafe. After having a pedicure nearby I started getting hungry so figured I'd get something to take home. I'm a sucker for a good chicken cutlet, and the chicken cutlet sandwich did not disappoint. I opted for mine on a hard roll with L,T,O and Mayo. The cutlet was well seasoned and most importantly still juicy (hate when all dried out) for my side I opted for macaroni salad (other options were fries and coleslaw). I was a little worried it was going be like that stuff in tubs from the deli which I'm not a fan of. Surprisingly the mac salad was great and definitely homemade. Glad to have this place as an option when I need to grab a quick bite.

Great salad bar. I know other people said that their salads cost more than they expected, but my salad cost $8, and I got everything I wanted. Place is casual, sit anywhere. Lots of sandwich selections, which I'll try next time. I liked it.

Honestly my favorite spot in Branford to get a quick lunch, and great salad bar. The service is fast and my French fries always come out hot and delicious. I love their BLT, chicken cutlets and buffalo chicken wraps all great choices
