The best neighbors I could ask for! Alexa is topnotch, great personality, and an absolute grinder! I get my protein shake after the morning gym and cheese and crackers box for the afternoon snack. Also helps drive some active people in who love outdoors and action sports!

I’ve been to the Branford Smoothie King location several times within the past year, it’s been a pleasant experience meeting the staff as they’re courteous, approachable, and helpful. Recently, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed those people are no longer there. Now when I go in the staff working seems mundane, uneasy, an honestly rude. Specifically , the man working the cash register, black framed glasses , short twisted hair , darker skin, looked miserable. He didn’t give a greeting nor spoke a single word ! I didn’t receive a receipt and he had a look of disgust on his face. The atmosphere felt uneasy. The staff seemed to be rushing and uncomfortable ready to get people out and there wasn’t many people in there store. I most likely will not be returning anytime soon. However the smoothie was still delicious , I miss the way it was. Wallingford will be my go to for now on ! They’re so kind and it feels good in the environment!!

I went into the store last night when delivering for UE. It was busy and I walked to the front to grab my order not thinking anything of it. Maybe I was wrong for that? How every other place works. After 5 minutes I let one of the employees know why I was there. Even asking if one of the drinks was for me at one point. They'd already known at this point. Proceeded to ignore me for another 10 minutes until every customer in the store was gone. Then the tall skinny kid with the glasses sarcastically says "o sorry for the wait man" and grabs the one drink that was already made out of the fridge. The other employee was young and looked overwhelmed. It was busy. Really not his fault.
Honestly, I'm just trying to make some extra money for my 2yr old. There was no reason to be a jerk. If he didn't want me walking to the front he could have vocalized that. I've been coming to this shop for years as a customer and never had that experience. Normally the guys are really friendly and I even got to know some of them at one point because I was a regular.
I will not be back as a customer and probably am not going to take anymore orders from there during those hours because if that's how a face of the business represents himself. I want no part of it. No one's got time for that bs.
The two young men that worked on 1/31/25 had excellent customer service. The place was clean and my smoothie was good. Thanks guys!
