Terrible workers! Girl with blonde hair its 8:45 still have 15 mins till close and the girl seriously showed how aggravated she was to stop mopping to go make a smoothie. I am highly disappointed in this place. DONT GET A JOB IF YOU CANT HANDLE YOUR TIMING ! Again zero stars if possible…. I will be calling in the morning to complain … im no Karen but I am in customer service and I would never show how much i dont want to be at work it looks bad for the business.

The manager of this location is a fat slob who can’t make the smoothies properly. The moment I see him there, I decide to go elsewhere… the mere sight of his sloppy appearance will make you think twice about ordering from this mouth breather.

I love getting their açaí bowl specially in a hot summer day. My favorite smoothie is the keto champ berry. I really appreciate the many options they offer for many different lifestyles. The service is always friendly and efficient. Always greeted with a smile. Definitely worth it.

The worst Customer service. The young man didn't even talk to us. he looked really bored and the environment is not what its supposed to be . hello!! is supposed to be a place full of energy not a jail. definitely not going back.

It was an hour before they were closing, no answer on phone and couldn’t place order online for pick up, I pull up and walk in, not a hello or anything… not one word. 2 people in there both miserable that they have a customer to deal with, one told the other can you go back and grab a spoon I guess!!!? They closing the store an hour before close? I can see if it was 8:55, it was 8:05 I called and tryed doing online, then took me 10 to get there… point is, they aren’t managed correctly, got people in there that don’t care to run a business properly, this isn’t the first time either, this is my first ever bad review and I’m 28 lol hopefully these guys get better

I was in the area and was looking for smoothie/juice options and found this place. Just like other smoothie kind options, there were many plant based options. The service was good and quick. I got a plant based pine apple spinach smoothie for myself and an apple kiwi smoothie for my kid. They have a kid sized option which was good for my child. The smoothies were delicious.
The workers are always pleasant with me and even if they didn't say anything I don't mind we are not robots we all have feelings, as long as they continue making the awesome smoothy I'm good. Most of us have grown past the needing a hi said to us, I just get my high from the product anyway. Keep on.

It was extremely busy so I was going to be understanding for the situation. After standing there for 15 minutes though and seeing 3 people waiting for online orders to be completed and all holding part of their order it became apparent there was no organization to this place. One lady ordered in store after I had gotten there and she got her drink only to return moments later saying it was wrong. I thought maybe they just missed a step and it wasn’t to far off the flavor. Well after getting the second half of my order finally and taking a sip of what seemed to be just straight cake batter I understood what she did. My order was mainly fruit with orange juice so there should have been no vanilla/cake taste to it. Maybe they were all new and the crowd was to much for them, but this was the worst smoothie king I’ve had so far.

Went to smoothie king this morning for a smoothie, am not sure why Nolan S was mad but he looked like he didn’t want to be bothered, wasn’t friendly and the Attitude was bad, and on top of that my smoothie wasn’t done right because I have been coming to Branford smoothie king for almost a year now, and this morning my experience was unacceptable.
