This place needs help, always out of stock and the wait is crazy long.. I pre-ordered coffee proceeded to wait in the drive-thru line with 4 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. I finally get to the speaker to say I am picking up an pre-order, oh I'm sorry we don't have that I can give to a refund. Waited another 20 minutes for her to tell me I can't put in back on your card and gave me cash back. This is one of the reasons I make my own iced coffee at home and purchase my whole bean thru Amazon. Plus the drink you order is rarely right. I think the only good thing they have going for them is Dori she is the best.

I drive 15 mins out of the way to avoid this Starbucks. RARELY is your order correct or even taste good. 99% of the time you’ll be hit with a nasty attitude. Lindsay and Dori are angels and genuinely are the only reason I go back on very rare occasions.

I went in today and I forgot to order decaf at the speaker by accident and when I got to the window I was greeted with a terrible attitude and was told to come inside for my correct order (which I was fine with doing) but when I got inside a girl named Mikaela I think her name was, was talking about me negatively on her headset thinking I couldn’t hear maybe? Super unprofessional and I won’t be coming here anymore. I wish I could put no stars.

I was at this Starbucks today and waited quite a while. A delivery driver had ordered a drink at the counter, and I couldn’t believe how rude the male employee with the dreadlocks was to the driver. Something has gone wrong in this country with customer service, this employee was acting extremely entitled and rude to a customer, and laughing about it. Won’t be back to this Starbucks

It was quiet and clean. Bathrooms. Great drinks always. I'm looking forward to your cranberry bars! I love those. Usually I buy 3 for later. Freeze them.
Vegetarian options: Salads, smoothies, and cookies. Not all have dairy products.
Dietary restrictions: Salads, cheese and fruit, boiled eggs, etc. There are many options. Stop by and check it out.
Parking: DRIVE THROUGH! OR DRIVE THRU, WHATEVER THEY HAVE IT!
Kid-friendliness: Comfortable area and bathrooms, small sizes for children. Hot chocolate available, milk, juice, etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: All doors have wheelchair excessability. Ground floor store.
Used to be my favorite starbucks, especially since it's the closest to my house. However, mistakes are frequently made. The past 3 times I've came to this location, something about my order was wrong. Not sure if this is due to new staff or because they're busy. It's just frustrating to spend $8 for a coffee to be made incorrectly. Staff are nice and inside is always clean.
