First I stood in line for 4 minute. A barista came up to the register and checked something then went in back and talked to co-worker leaving me standing there like a fool deciding what 8 dollar coffee I was going to buy. I had a gift card so normally I don't go to Starbucks. Two iced coffees came out to about 10 bucks. So then we get to the bar. My friend didn't have dairy in her Americano. She was confused as was I thinking there's a dairy bar in the building. I asked "Hey do you have milk?" Jen stared at me like I had 8 eyeballs. "Yes." And then continued to go do her work. She definitely was not having a good day -- I'm not standing at the bar randomly asking if Starbucks has milk like a curious weirdo -- maybe I NEEDED some and you should have used your Starbucks customer service and asked "Would you like some milk?" Because the aura you were eminating was so scary and bothered that frankly I was terrified to ask for something. After a few minutes I gained the courage and asked "Can I have some milk?" I then asked "Is that OKAY???" Because she was so mad. Jen seemed VERY bothered and inconvenienced by my mere presence - I was scared to ask for what I wanted... She took the 2% milk slammed it on the bar and walked back to the drive-thru window. Thanks!The coffee was so watery and lousy. It tasted like burnt popcorn, creme, and liquid sugar.I will NEVER EVER go to this Starbucks again. Jen needs to be retrained on customer service. I HAD to work all day and had a rough day myself and wanted to go to Starbucks at 5 PM on a Friday to get something to treat myself.I'm SO SORRY Jen I came in and annoyed you asking for additional milk because no one asked us when we placed our 10 dollar coffee order at the register. "What do you mean by classic syrup?" The girl at the register asked......I know work sucks, but keep in mind that other people have jobs that suck too and come to food establishments to get reprieve and escape. I paid all this money to be terrified and treated like a cockroach.

Branford Starbucks continues to be one of the best ones in my opinion. Everyone is patient here, they’re able to wait. and get things right, no complaints for me to be honest. Pretty clean parking lot, a lot of parking spaces, they offered dining in, etc..

March 6,20204 @5:00I had a pick up order. This girl had the rude attitude through the drive thru. Don’t know her problem is but she almost forgot my order, she forgot to give me a straw too.Probably she had a bad day but don’t bring it to the window. I always come here and have such a friendly staff, she’s awful at customer service!

This Starbucks was great. Atmosphere is great, and the staff were very friendly. Their food seems to have improved over the years, so I have considered them more and more recently as a place to eat rather than just grab coffee. Learn how to use their “stars” rewards system, as you can easily rack up stars for free drinks and food!

I stopped in to talk to supervisor it was not the acting manager but the supervisor overseeing the shift I needed to swap a pack of non-ground coffee beans the package was still sealed and I had not touched it but when I got home I noticed it was decaf I brought it back the very next day and she allowed me to swap it on the shelf after she examined it and determined it was not open at any point in time she allowed me to swap for a new one with no questions asked and no hassle I really appreciate it thank you so much

The store is filthy with caked on dust and cracks floor tiles. There is always a long wait. One time I waited 20 minutes for my order. The parking lot is horrible to navigate through and they also ran out of pumpkin spice in October.

Don't go to this Starbucks. It's run terribly. I ordered a mobile pickup and got there and all the doors were locked with notes saying the inside was closed. it was frigid temperatures out and multiple customers who showed up for their mobile orders were standing outside. After knocking on the door and pointing to our phones with the mobile orders up, a worker signed us to go into the extremely long drive through line. Terrible service. Ended up not getting my coffee or food. Manager Alex was so unapologetic it was almost offensive. Terrible people skills, could care less about keeping any customers
