The customer service here is horrible! i’ve never experienced such a rude encounter at a starbucks before. The girl with the bonnet has the worst attitude. I don’t know who they are hiring these days. It used to be so fast and friendly about a year and a half ago. Now they clearly hired people who don’t want to work. Whole staff children and manager is clearly unhappy with her job. Pastry case an absolute mess.Didn’t even say hello how are you just threw the drink and moved on. Don’t come here save yourself the money. Needs new staff and manager. Would give it 0 if i could. Disgusting.

Showed up at 6:49 pm on a Tuesday night and 4 younger girls were there. Two of them seemed like friends of the workers and had their drink. I wanted to order but they said they’re closed. I asked why since store hours say 7 pm. They said oh they start cleaning their machines at 6:50 pm. It wasn’t 6:50 pm. I asked to speak to a manager- she said no one available. A bunch of lazy teenagers serving their friends and not customers. Trying to bail out before shift is over.

My visit to Starbucks was quick and efficient. The service was fast, and although there was minimal interaction with the staff, everything went smoothly. The drink I ordered was good and met my expectations. Overall, a solid experience.

This Starbucks was located right in this rest stop, and the great thing about it too was we didn't have to wait very long for a drinks. There was no line I don't think any of the truck drivers at the time were getting Starbucks. But we ordered two drinks I needed something with a lot of caffeine and I got one of the new spritzy kind of seltzer drinks it was wicked good I will definitely get that when I don't want to have coffee mess in my stomach.

Not sure what goes on at this location or who manages it but with the recent visits at this location I’ve encountered the most nastiest attitudes- just as nasty as the drink they served me yesterday. I stop by this specific Starbucks location every afternoon before work. Makes no sense to me how a paying customer (who spends money here every day) orders a drink, politely asks the employee if they can remake it because it’s not what I ordered.. and get a “Whats the problem?” while staring blankly at me. Then proceeds to smirk and laugh about it with her co worker behind the counter while im still standing in front of them. She slid my drink hard enough for a few drops to splatter over the pick up area. I said thank you and walked away. Between the attitudes and the disgusting drinks, it’s safe to say I’ll NEVER return to this location again.
Order a coffee and get a cup of milk they’re terrible here

Expect to pay at least $1 more than any other Starbucks since it’s right off the highway. Also they do not do refills.

My item was 30% more than Dunkin for exact same thing. Plus the pay screen was locked on 20% tip for some reason, so I got stuck paying a tip to a counter person who is not a waitress and not paid waitress wages. Rip off!
