Great spot...great food....and great service....the women at the counter are amazing....the new girl Shelly is so friendly and always adds a smile to my day!

The morning counter women who works the deli is rude loud and obnoxious. I asked for hot sauce on my egg and cheese and politely said can you put it on the egg. Because they always put it only on the bread! She makes it and says ya know it’s going to get on the bread, I said yes I understand that. I’m a chef I work in food service. I will never order there again.

Reasonable quick lunch decent price. Good place to grab lunch from work or down the boat at Branford Point. Ppl are very friendly

Hold on folks… I’ve been coming here most every day for years! In my view, this is the CHEERS of Branford .. a true local community Oasis. Solid, friendly folk that care a great deal about their customers- knowing most by name.. if not by their favorite orders to go. They’re creative and go out of their way to be helpful. And the food is very good. If you don’t like something, don’t tell ME, tell THEM!! For goodness sake..

What happened to Heat? This has been the go to place for me for the past 4 years. It was great and I recommended to others. Now I'm here to warn any potential customers. Everyone working the deli counter needs to be retrained in sanitary food handling. Handling cash and then digging your hands into the raw tomatos is unacceptable.

Awesome breakfast and lunch every day. Very clean deli. Stop in have something good to eat.
