We went to Strega for my birthday dinner tonight, I give it one star for ambiance, the appetizers were very pricey for the amount they give you. $30 dollar dinner plates were not worth 5 dollars. The waitress knew that we were disappointed and she didn’t offer for the owner to come over regarding our concern she just ignored us and acted like Nothing was wrong.We left very disappointed and more hungry than we were before we got there. We went home and ate leftovers not because we’re fat people but because our dinner at Strega sucked.

My husband and I tried Strega for the first time on a Saturday night. The staff was very nice, and the environment was pleasant, however our over priced dinners were awful. Our food was drenched in oil, had bland flavors (if you could taste anything other than cooking oil), and had small portion sizes. We went home disappointed and still hungry.

If you want to taste italian pizza you can save your $$ and take a trip to southern italy , preferably napoli OR.. even easier, take trip to Strega... yup.. italian pizza on every level.. amazing!

Had dinner here for the 1st time tonight. It was really amazing. At 1st, you'll try the understand the menu but it's ok. You must remember, this is "real" authentic Italy cuisine. No traditional boring Parm or marsala dishes here. The menu is seasonal. We had the grilled Octopus with marinated squash and pea mousse. AMAZING! I could of have a huge plate of that! We also had the Rigatoni with angus beef and the lasagna. Both were delicious! Their pizza's looked delicious...

Wrong orders were delivered, entrees were brought separately with a long delay in between, items listed on the menu were not available, food quality was mediocre. The apologetic waitperson tried to make good by offering a gratis cocktail and dessert, which we appreciated, but there's no way we would want to revisit Strega. It just wasn't very good, in any sense.
