On Friday evening I place an order through the website for a single stake burrito. I went to the store to pick it up because it said it will be done in a few minutes since it's only one item I spent almost 45 minutes waiting for single burrito and inside the store was not busy at all they're busy focusing on the drive-thru instead of the customer inside a door I have several customer they have the food after me to pick up if I could see it on the screen I asked multiple time to the employees if I ordered ready since I ordered almost 45 minutes ago I couldn't get an answer back I don't think it's fair for a single burrito you have to wait 45 minutes. Maybe they went to kill the cow and cooking it.

On 12/28/25 at approximately 1:00 AM, I had an extremely negative experience at the Branford, CT location. I was assisted by the assistant manager (heavy set male, long hair, and lots of facial hair) whose behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
From the moment we were served, his attitude was hostile and rude without any provocation. When I calmly and respectfully asked why he was treating us in such a manner, he escalated the situation and threatened to call the police on me and my friend. At no point were we disruptive, disrespectful, or doing anything that would warrant such a response.
I am a frequent customer of this location and have never experienced treatment like this from any other employee. While poor behavior from a regular staff member would be concerning, the fact that this behavior came from an assistant manager is extremely troubling and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and leadership.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I believe it warrants immediate attention. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as this type of behavior should not be tolerated, especially from someone in a management position.

Let me tell you, this food gets you moving. It you have a colonoscopy set up, this can replace all the crappy stuff they tell you to drink. 2 tacos and a packet of secret sauce and your back door will oven like a flood gate.

Worst taco bell I have ever been too going to urgent care because I believe the food they served me was bad been throwing up constantly, the 2 workers there suck at there job and can barely even put together a taco truly sad individuals who are useless. They need to fire everyone in that store and clean house because they are genuinely awful!

The girl in the drive-thru with the little tattoo on her neck and big lashes customer service was absolutely hideous and dry seemed very impatient and rude, will never visit this location again. Food seems thrown together and old,waste of money.

Calling the health department in the morning. I’ve never been so sick from 2 tacos. I keep throwing up and my stomach is killing. This sadly is the only thing I ate, so the definite reason for these symptoms

Honestly me and my girlfriend have a tradition of getting Taco Bell every week as our little tradition so we have become very versed in the Taco Bell locations and this one is hands down the best, best customer service, best quality of food, and comes quickly. We drive past other taco bells to come to this one
