Honestly me and my girlfriend have a tradition of getting Taco Bell every week as our little tradition so we have become very versed in the Taco Bell locations and this one is hands down the best, best customer service, best quality of food, and comes quickly. We drive past other taco bells to come to this one

This specific Taco Bell has the best customer service I’ve experienced out of all the locations in this general area. Very personable people. Every time I go there, I can always count on at least one staff members to ask me how my day is going and say hi to my dog in the back seat. If I ever have an issue (mistaken item or out of stock) they are always very apologetic and replace the item, give me a coupon or an extra drink or something to make up for it. I also feel like at this location they really load up their crunch wraps and burritos compared to the other ones. 10/10 people for sure.
Worst place to buy food! I ordered 18 veg Mexican pizza and most of them were only half filled toppings, very disappointed. Never come back.

Went to Branford CT’s Taco Bell over the weekend. Family excited to try the new advertised chicken nuggets. I was fourth in line at drive up which was running smoothly! When my turn arrived I quickly ordered the new nuggets and fries and two sauce's. Then hurried home for family to try. Long story short DONT BOTHER!!! These nuggets were literally in edible. Overcooked and tasteless.The dipping sauces were good but did not help the dry tasteless nuggets! Don’t know if the nuggets are to blame or whomever cooked them. But NOMORE for us!

Don’t usually post reviews but this is a safety issue. Got to the last piece of my chicken quesadilla and there was a staple/piece of wire in it. I don’t know where the food is prepared but there shouldn’t be anything like that near it. If I had eaten it that wouldn’t have been good.

I didn’t like that today I was told to come inside for fresh food . Also they forgot an item in my order. I did not notice until I drove away. I called and the phone manner was not great . I told them I would not be able to come back today because I have to got back to work .

I had ordered some of the cinnamon twists with my order and when I had eaten them they had barely any cinnamon on them not to mention they tasted like straight chemicals as if they didn't clean the air fryer correctly or was lazy. Someone could get sick, especially a kid because they might not notice the difference or someone who has no taste due to a sickness or just lost it somehow, they will not be able to taste the chemicals and get sick from it if they continue to eat it! I ordered two and both tasted the same.

This has to be the most disgusting food I've eaten in a long time, ordered three taco meal for eleven dollars and got three tacos that weren't even similar to each other one no tomatoes one no cheese, and one that had both, the only thing they had in common was they were all ice cold and I'm under the impression that the meat was Alpo dog food, save your money and go some where else, iit was really unedible.

Could use more meat. Very LITTLE meat on tacos. Place has no A/C-brutally hot, feel bad for employees. All the hallmarks of a cheap owner. You won’t build that business this way.
