I recently attended an outdoor concert event at Thimble Island Brewing Company in Branford, CT, featuring the amazing band, The Zoo, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! The brewery provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of live music and good vibes. The atmosphere was electric, the beer was flowing, and The Zoo rocked the house! This is my favorite brewery. My best friend dragged me here and I feel like I owe him my life. The selection of sours, IPAs, and food here is just unbeatable. It’s almost an 8 hour drive for me to get here and knowing I’ll come to Thimble Island makes the whole drive worth it.

Thimble Island Brewing company has been a great consistent place to go with friends and enjoy great beer. The food menu now is also fantastic. We came recently with 4 young kids and was pleased with the service and that there were a lot of other families with kids as well. A very inviting atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended!

If you are HISPANIC OR ANY other race DONT GO Sam the manager and other employees refused us service me and my friends because of our appearance and claimed we smelled like “ mariguana “ which was incorrect and very insulting charged us over price for food we never received it was horrible experience made us feel unwelcome and out of place .. horrible experience don’t recommend

Thimble Island is an awesome place to hangout with family and friends. I had several gatherings planned there and the service never disappoints. In fact, the manager, Sam (I believe this is her name) made few adjustments for my friend who was visiting me from South America. I appreciate managers who take their time to assist their customers. Very pleased.

Personally, the pretzel bites are a favorite of mine if you're looking for a small plate. Our server was amazing in describing their different beer options and gave us some great recommendations to try!
