Once i got to the window, the white guy covered in tattoos was cursing, they messed up my order and charged me for more than i asked and they blamed the spanish guy and then the spanish guy goes “what i dont understand Americans” forgot to even give me the sodas cause they were all just cursing at eachother. Extremely unprofessional people up in there.

We love this particular Wendy’s because the service people are always so friendly and helpful. I take my granddaughter there because she loves the kids meal with 4 chicken nuggets. I usually get a chocolate frosty and a double cheeseburger I would recommend for anyone with kids

It is a Wendy's, amd not Like I was at a 5-star restaurant. Not bad; is that fast food is often greasy. The person who took my order kept telling me to come to the window, and I said twice, I am not done placing my order. I asked how much, again, was told to drive to the window. It is what it is. I barely eat any fast food but needed something to grab quick and drive w/ because I had a long drive ahead.

The cashier doesn't know basic math, the order was $11.90, she hit a button that cashed out the order without having all of the money. Gave her $12.00 and she was giving. 01c change after doing the math on her phone. She was very nice, took the order correctly, unfortunately, received it incorrectly.... This is an ongoing trend with various locations where they can't get it right, the food is borderline cold (not fresh), and is incorrect. I usually like going there, it's getting harder and harder, especially when changing towns and getting the same poor food and mediocre service....

Well, the employees at this local Wendy’s really do try. They’re nice people, but they don’t understand English and they don’t comprehend what you’re trying to tell them. I mean it’s just ridiculous. Getting the orders wrong not putting the right sauces or sour cream or stuff like that in a bag it’s just ridiculous. I guess we need to check before leaving, but you know what if we’re gonna pay for a meal of service, we should get what we pay for and not have to go through the extra aggravation
