This is an amazing authentic style Jamaican restaurant. The owner is very cordial and hospitable. Food is truly made with love. I drove down from the Wolcott CT area based on her 5 star rating reviews. I had Jerks Chicken, J*** Pork and Brown Stew Chicken. The cabbage was tasteful and the rice and peas delightful! Food is amazing, I can taste the coconut milk in the rice. J*** chicken well seasoned, even the cabbage is superb. The lady that serves me is always pleasant, unlike some Jamaican restaurants I’ve been to. Oh and that $5 lunch special is the bomb.
The food is absolutely amazing!! I’ve tried the J*** Chicken & BrownStew Chicken so far and have not been disappointed!! Everything is so well-seasoned and the portions are very generous!! Also the rice & peas taste so fresh each time I get them!! Def a great authentic and super delicious Jamaican restaurant and hands down one of theee top best in Bpt!!
