Every visit to this American steakhouse has been a solid experience, but this time really stood out. I didn’t expect them to offer a buffet, especially one with hot, freshly prepared items, so that was a pleasant surprise. The bar was open as well, which added to the overall experience and made it feel lively and relaxed. Everything was well organized, and the variety made it easy to find something satisfying. Between the food options and the atmosphere, it exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable spot with more to offer than you might expect.

I wish they had the same variety as the other location in Norwalk, and at the same time they used to have wings at the buffet and they don't anymore 😕 overall a great place

It's been a long time since I've been to an American steakhouse and it's changed so much. The salad bar is smaller than I remember but this location it was dirty when I went, sticky. The tables weren't that clean, some were sticky where you can see the residue of the cloth or wipe they used, as if they didn't put too much care to cleaning the table. When the food came my steak was very fatty, there wasn't much to eat from it, I regret ordering it because realistically from the fatty pieces on it has 3 bites. I was upset with the who experience and they charge refills, I didn't know that until I asked to have it refilled, it was a couple cents that I had change in my pocket to give the guy. They won't let you take your food home unless they pack it for you, which I get to not have the salad bar stuffed but they way they packaged my food the potato was sideways in there and they threw the steak fat I didn't bother eating on top of it. I just had an overall poor experience and don't recommend coming here, it's not the same.

I haven't been to this place in years, and still have that early 2000s feel, and that's where a lot restaurants lack these days. It was a good experience.
Exceptional place to eat, the staff courteous and polite. The food was excellent and the service A+. Before we were half way through our appetizer the main course was on the table. We were so full after the appetizer, had to take home the main course.

I had the shrimp and steak, we noticed food was cooked too fast but didn't though much of it, well we both got sick of the food they almost gave me food poisoning. Will never eat there again.

I've always loved American Steak House since I was a little kid. My parents would always take the whole family there. I loved their selections, like the Beef Patty with fries & the Baked Scrod. I love that they expanded the salad bar with much more options. My overall experience was great, as always. The service was also great. We will definitely go back.
